“ always,” he said and smiled

Kokichi smiled softly as he cuddled with Kiibo. "I love you…"

Kokichi smiled a bit and fell into a peaceful sleep. He had been exhausted due to everything, so he slept a lot. Before he knew it, it was the next day. For once, he felt energized, the first time he had since he first got sick.

"Kiiboy!" he smiled. "I actually don't feel tired today!"

Kiibo woke up sluggishly but still smiled “ okay! Give me a moment to wake up”

Kokichi smiled and momentarily silenced himself, allowing for Kiibo to wake up in peace.

Kiibo slowly woke up and sighed

Kokichi looked at him. "Is something wrong, Kiiboy?"

“ no, just.. Tired I guess, but come on ko,”

Kokichi sighed softly. "Kiiboy, if something's wrong, tell me…"

“ baby it's really nothing”

Kokichi sighed. "Are you sure? I just wanna make sure."

“ yes ko I'm sure “ he said softly and ran his fingers through kokichis hair

Kokichi nodded in response before smiling. He loved the feeling of Kiibo running his fingers through his hair. "Good, and I like when you run your fingers through my fair. It feels nice."

“ I'm glad, cause ill probably do it more often then”

Kokichi smiled at that. "Yay!" he smiled. "Also, since I actually have energy today, can we do something?"

“ Sure baby, anything you wanna do,”

"Yay! That means we can see our cat again and the others!"

“ Okay ko, we can go see jinx and the others “

"Yay!!" Kokichi beamed. "I'm sure that they'll be happy to see me doing better!"

“ I'm sure they are already, they've been really excited to see you”

Kokichi smiled as he stood up. For the first time in a while, he had no issues standing on his own. "Now let's go see them!"

“ okay!”

Kokichi smiled as he grabbed Kiibo's hand and ran out the door. He finally had his energy back, though it would be a momentary recovery, nothing more than a small period of good health for it to all come back not long after. He had no idea, just living in the moment as he ran to meet up with Shuichi and Rantaro.

Shuichi smiled as he saw kokichi out of bed “ hai ko!” he yelled happily
