Jaciel finishes her soup and stands up.

"We'll need to get going in the next few days."

"We can leave sooner" she mumbled still not looking at the woman

"No. You need to rest, Ala. No argument, muffin."

She huffed and rolled her eyes "fine"

"Good."

Jaciel sighs.

"Dick."

Jaciel snorts. "What's your point, Miss Oh So Edgy Goddess of Hell?"

"Fuck off. "

Jaciel laughs. "You could, if you wanted to."

Ala didn't even give her the satisfaction of answering her she refused

Jaciel smirks. "That's all it took to make you stop talking?"

Ala still didn't answer and looked at the floor

Jaciel's smirk disappears as she kneels in front of Ala.

"But that's the thing, muffin. If you really, truly hated me, why would you stay, even if you 'had to?'"

"Shut up jaciel"

Jaciel huffs.

"And another thing: if you wanted me dead, why would you not try to find a way to kill me?"

"Stop talking to me." Her face was getting more red by the minute and she couldn't stop it hell she could barely stand up she might have given her vessel a concussion

"Oh, that's another thing. You tell me to shut up so often, yet I get the feeling that you enjoy how much I talk. Partly because it gives you a reason not to talk."

Ala rolled her eyes and shook her head "whatever it jaciel"

Jaciel gets up.

"That's how I know I'm right, muffin. You say 'whatever' whenever you can't argue."

Ala scoffed but didn't say anything 'was she right? no she just wants to be right just shut up and don't talk to her'

"Whatever, muffin. Can't make you admit it."

She smiled a little and shook her head "no you can't.

"Anyways, let's get your head checked out."

"What do you mean it should have healed up by now"
