Cody grabbed the nearest person (Skye). "WE NEED TO RUN!"

Linx tried to think as the Siren’s voices washed over her.

"Okay, okay!" Skye exclaimed, shaking Cody's hand off. "Where?"

"I don't know!" He looked back. The blue glow was getting closer. "But we have to get away before that thing gets closer than it already is!"

(SHE's NOT GOING DOWN YET!!)
"WAIT!" He turned. "WHERE'S LYNX???"

"I don't know! Maybe over there?" Skye guessed, pointing in the opposite direction of the light.

"I'LL CHECK! YOU EITHER COME WITH OR GET TO COVER IN MY ROOM!" He started off in the direction opposite to the light.

"I'll come with!" Skye exclaimed, racing after him.

Cody stumbled through the darkness. He accidentally kicked their passed out friend. "Hey! I've found her!"

"Great! Can you lift her, or do you need help?" Skye asked, catching up to him.

"No I can do it I think." He tried to carry her. "Yikes! What does she eat? Bricks?"

Lexi woke to the swift kick to her side.
“Hey! I’ve found her!”
Strong arms tried to pick her up.
The voice sounded familiar, but then the Sirens voices washed over her and Shem took of running in that direction.

Cody blinked in surprise. "What are you doing? COME BACK!!" He raced after her.

Lynx ran faster when she heard the sound of pursuit. Why am I running? She thought. But it was like she had no control over her body anymore.

"Hey, wait for me!" Skye shouted, running after them.

Cody caught her arm and held on as tight as he could. "Not so fast!"

A hand wrapped around her arm. Her other arm quickly formed a fist, aimed for her pursuer’s head. “I- I can’t control- control myself.”

Cody ducked and secured his grip on her arm. "LISTEN TO ME!!!!" He yelled, trying to be louder than the sirens.

Skye caught up and watched silently, her eyes wide as she leaned against the wall.

Lynx moved in a way she didn’t know she could, bucking and twisting, all the while trying to regain control of her own body.

Cody grabbed her head and made her look at him. "It's just the sirens, okay? You're okay."

"Would giving her earplugs help?" Skye asked, trying to be helpful somehow.
