Marcus smiled at her and nodded. “So, you see why I think you're interesting.”

"I do now. " she said with a gentle expression

“Oh, good. So I explained it right.” he sighed in relief. “I was worried I was just making a fool of myself.”

"Your not I promise." She reassured him with a smile

Marcus smiled at her. “I’m glad to hear that.”

"Here come on. " she pulled him gently by his hand she she could stand in the water

He chuckled and let her pull him along. “The water feels nice, doesn't it?”

"It's amazing. " she was acting like a child on Christmas morning she knew this but she was to happy to care she couldn't help it

Marcus grinned at her reaction and let her enjoy herself. “Yeah, it's great.” he nodded.

"Do you know how to dance? "

The soft pink hue returned to his face at the question. “Umm, a little. I'm not great at it.” he admitted shyly.

She couldn't tell if it was the alcohol or if
it was just how comfortable she felt around Marcus "Dance with me. " she said with a bright smile

“Al… Alright.” he nodded, holding out his other hand. “You may have to lead.” he warned.

"Oh you'll be fine. "she took his other hand and started guiding him slowly showing him what to do

Marcus just smiled and let her guide him in the dance, trying to imagine the music she was moving them to.

She laughed and they both danced around in the water she couldn't mask how happy she was she had never felt this way before if was like pure bliss

Marcus laughed with her and let himself enjoy the fun dance. It was nice to just let loose and not really care like this. Though the best part was seeing the way Maria glowed during the whole thing.

She let go of one of his hand and spun around laughing a little as the moonlight mad her skin glow

Marcus knew enough to hold his hand above her as she twirled around. His smile grew as he couldn't help admire her natural beauty in this moment. It may have been a heavy thought for a first… “not a date” but it was still eye-catching.

"Well it looks like someone know how to twirl." She said teasingly but she was enjoying this moment and she would happily admit that she felt a warm sensation in her stomach maybe butterflies? it didnt matter she didn't want the feeling to go away

“Yeah. I know this much. And how to dip.” he smiled back, blushing a little but not minding the tease. “And you dance beautifully. We might have to do this again with actual music.” he said without fully thinking about what he was saying.

''are you asking me out on a date Marcus? " she smirked a bit and raised her drow

Marcus flushed red at the realization. “Well… That depends. Do you want me to?”

"Maybe I do but at some point in life you have to take a risk and this is one of them so just ask me. "

“Alright.” he nodded, smiling. “Would you like to go out on a date with me?”

She couldn't help but laugh "Yes I would love to go on a date with you Marcus. "

“Great.” he smiled, eager and relieved. “Anywhere you’d like to go? And when?”

"Well I don't really know this place so any suggestions, and my schedule is completely empty so anytime is fine. "

“Alright. Fair enough.” he nodded, chuckling. “Well… I don't really have many ideas at the moment but I'm sure I can come up with something.” he smiled.

"Alright sounds like you've got a tiny thought in your head about the place we're going to. " she said in a teasing tone
