"Well, it won't be very fun, but at least I won't be dealing with that," he said, gesturing in the general direction of the crime scene without looking directly at the body. "But if you really want us to leave, then we'll leave." He laughed at turned away, starting down the sidewalk.
-Ariene sees Sage leave the crime scene- "Wait up! I have to talk to you."
Sage turned toward her. "Alright, but lets talk in the car. I've got something on my mind too," he admitted.
Turns to Caesar "What exactly are you planning on doing with the body? I doubt the police are just letting you take it" Mani eyes him suspiciously picking up on his nervous body language and the fact he's trying to get us away from the body seemed suspicious
-Ariene listens to their conversation, this was exactly what she was thinking too.-
-Ariene turns to Sage, wondering if that was what he was going to bring up aswell-
Quill, done with her distraction, walked over to Ceaser where Mani was confronting him. "Bro, chill. Ceaser is the one here who majors in criminology." She shrugged. "He's probably got a good explanation, right?"
Quill looked expectantly at Ceaser, raising an eyebrow. "Right?"
Ariene walks up to the everyone, "It interesting how you already have full access to real dead bodies Ceaser, your only 22, which means that you have recently started criminology college." raising an eyebrow aswell.
"Yes, I do. I'm just taking him to the school's lab and it will be counted as extra credit. Can you please stop interrogating me?" Ceaser smiled mischievously. "What, do you think I had something to do with this?"
First off, the victim is a she.
And secondly, that's up to the evidence to decide.
"I'm not saying you did this yet, i'm just saying that your behavior has been extremely suspicious" -Ariene stops there, not wanting to let out all the evidence, not wanting to get on a possible murderer's bad side just yet.-
"Wow. Thanks for that," Ceaser muttered. "Look, if you think I'm suspicious, I'll leave. But have fun finding out the truth without me, as you can't do any of this, at least legally." Ceaser stood up with his hands in the air and sauntered haughtily out of the alleyway.
Millie walks over to Caeser, " So, how are you going to get rid of the corpse? Burn it? Place it on someone else's hands? I'd love to help… " Millie traces his back muscles as she trails along behind him. " You know I saw you, you glanced up at me when you were giving her her final blow…" Millie says slyly.
"Sorry guys, our one way to investigate the body left cause of me……" Ariene says. "Its just… all the evidence was pointing towards him…I should have talked to you guys about that first before saying it to his face…"
"I was thinking, maybe accuse that Ariene girl. She seems to know something." Ceaser ran his hand through Millie's hair and smiling. "You get the next kill, don't worry. Now can I please change out of this stupid outfit?"
Sage turned Ariene toward him. "Hey, it's okay. I can understand that. We're all on edge here, but I think Ceaser is just trying to help," he said.
" I like sweaters, it makes me look too vulnerable to be a killer" Millie says, gently scratching the back of Ceaser's neck. " You don't look vulnerable though, maybe that Ariene girl has developed baby feelings for you with the way you dress, it's almost scandalous…"
Ceaser rolled his eyes. "Like there isn't already enough of that in my life. Come on babe, you know I don't plan on walking out."
"Thanks, but I still feel off about this….He just…its.. like i said, somethings off" But tomorrow, my uncle will come and get the security cameras, that will reveal the truth"
" Okay, I believe in you. " Millie sighs, " you had so much force in your eyes when you stabbed her, it made me feel so…" Millie pauses, grabbing onto Ceaser's shirt and sighing, " pleased… you haven't had that look in a long time."
"Well, the security cameras might not have even caught who did it," Sage warned. He put an arm around her shoulder, guiding her away from the crime scene. "Come on, it's time for us to get out of here," he said, "I can tell it's stressing you out."
"Thank you Sage." Ariene smiled, feeling a bit more comfortable knowing she had such a great friend by her side.
"Yeah, no problem," he said, rubbing her shoulder lightly before dropping his arm back to his side. "So, do you want to take a break from solving this? We could just rest for a while at my place and play some video games to relieve some stress, or we can go straight to the college she went to and ask some questions," he said, looking at her hopefully.
"Oh, and you haven't been like this in a while either." Ceaser smirked and kissed her lightly, teasing her desire. No more, was his thing. Makes them want you more.
