she chuckled " there were moments when I shouldn't b but, I'm glad I am"

"The same goes for me. I ended up getting adopted at 16 by a man named Brian fisher. he was in the military; he was actually the reason why I enlisted myself, " Alex said, laughing

" what core?" she asked

"Marines."

"same" she said and chuckled

"Your kidding." She said laughing

" no not at all," she said and giggled

"Wow." Alex said, laughing.

"soo what now?"

"I'm not sure." Alex said, chuckling. "We could go back to my place after we eat and catch up?"

neva sighed " how bout this," she said, leaning up and kissing alex

Alex pulls away, looking at neva. her face is bright red, and she smiles shyly. " Well, I didn't see that coming," she said, giggling.

" welll.." she flushed

Alex laughs, rubbing the back of her neck.

neva felt the silence grow heavier

"What do you say we get out of here? I their taking forever for our food anyway." Alex says, laughing. her cheeks still red

"sure," sh said and stood up.

Alex got up and walked over to the door and opened it for neva "after you." She said, smiling.

neva went out and smiled, holding her hand out for alex to take

Alex smiled, grabbed neva's hand, and walked outside.

Neva " thank you "

"For what?" She asked with a confused look.

" for not beating the fuck out of me for leaving you, kissing you or pretty much this whole crazy day"

"I would never!." Alex said laughing.

" you beat me over a price of Cady?!"

"That's in the past." She said smiling
