Lorelei chuckled at the soft teasing. “I thought that was just in public, my dear.” she purred. “Besides, I haven't used that nickname for you in ten years. Would you really deprive me of using it when we're alone?”
Eleanor sighed softly. "Alright, fine. I was only joking anyway. I just wanted to see what you would say. You can call me anything you like, you know that."
Lorelei chuckled and held her closer. “I had a feeling you were. I just couldn't resist.” she smiled. “And you know I don't really care what you call me.”
Eleanor laughed. "Oh yes, I remember." She enjoyed the closeness Lorelei provided. Despite her many suitors, the young woman was incredibly touch starved, and she melted against the pirate captian.
“Good.” Lorelei smiled, kissing her cheek. Because of the comradery among her crew, she got plenty of affection but there was always something special when Eleanor was next to her. “I’m so glad we’re together again.”
"As am I," Eleanor murmured, and she relaxed against Lorelei completely. "It's nice to be held by you again, my love… I don't think it's possible to explain how much I've missed you."
“You don't have to explain.” she assured softly, fairly sure that the feeling was mutual. Yes, Lorelei’s life had been full of adventure and a fair amount of chaos but it had always been missing something because Eleanor wasn't by her side.
Eleanor nodded. "I wanted so badly to wish that you could've stayed in the castle with me, but I wouldn't want you to have been confined to such strict rules. All I want, really, is to be by your side, no matter the cost." She smiled and cupped Lorelei's cheek with her hand.
“Looking back now, I'm not sure how I would have handled living in the castle. But being with you… I think I could have survived it.” Lorelei agreed, placing her hand on top of Eleanor’s. “I wish we didn't have to wait those ten years to be happy.”
Eleanor smiled softly and looked at Lorelei's hand covering hers. The difference was striking. Her hands were paled and delicate while her lover's were tanned and weathered. "I'm not sure how I'll handle it out here," she remarked quietly. "But I know that I'll be alright because I'm with you." She brought Lorelei's hand up to her lips and kissed her knuckles.
Lorelei leaned in a pressed a kiss to Eleanor's forehead. “You’ll be fine, my love.” she assured her. “Unlike me, you won't be alone on this ship. The whole crew will help you learn what you need to know. And Charlie has already offered to be your mentor. You’ll be more than alright, darling.”
"Nonsense," Eleanor said quickly. "You're not alone. Not anymore, at least. You have your crewmates and now you have me. What else more would we need?"
“I was alone when I first got this ship. But, you're right. I'm not anymore.” Lorelei smiled. “And I don't think we need anything else.”
"I agree," Eleanor murmured, holding Lorelei close and pressing a meaningful kiss to her lover's lips. She intended to make up for all the kisses they had missed over the yers from being seperated.
Lorelei smiled, melting into the kiss eagerly. She was thankful that her crew understood how important Eleanor was to her and would respect their time alone. As well as knock first, if it was urgent.
Eleanor deepened the kiss, but she went no further than that. She was used to Lorelei taking the lead with their romantic endeavors.
Lorelei, habitually, placed her hands against the small of Eleanor‘s back and pulled her closer. She was so tempted to make up for all the time they lost… But she didn't want to push her love or make her uncomfortable after everything that she’d gone through.
Eleanor melted against Lorelei at the touch – her lower back was particularly sensitive – and she sighed longingly. It took her a moment, but she eventually realized Lorelei's hesitance, and she drew back. "Are you alright, my darling?"
Lorelei sighed softly as she let Eleanor move. “I can't hide much from you, can I love?” she chuckled. “I just… I’m sorry but I can't stop thinking about what those men tried to do to you. I don't want to rush you.” she admitted.
"Not at all," Eleanor cooed, touching the tip of Lorelei's nose gently with her finger. "Don't be sorry. Men are stupid." She waved her hand dismissively. "Besides, none of them actually even did anything, it was just…" She inhaled sharply. "Nothing. I don't want them to ruin our time together."
Lorelei crossed her eyes as she followed Eleanor’s finger, chuckling at the touch. “Especially “noble” men.” she agreed since she already had a low opinion of them. Though she raised a brow at the way Eleanor cut herself off, very curious and concerned about what she was hiding, she nodded. “Alright, love. We won’t talk about that tonight. However, I want you to let me know if you aren't comfortable or don't want to do something.” she insisted gently.
"Thank you," Eleanor acknowledged, dipping her head and pressing her forehead to Lorelei's. "And I promise that if there is anything that makes me uncomfortable, I will tell you. Just do what you'd like. I only want you."
“Good.” Lori whispered, closing her eyes. “Right now… I just want us to be together.” she admitted as she let her hands roam the familiar curves of Eleanor’s body. “I want to kiss you all night long and be the first person to see you in the morning.” she said as she lightly kissed her face and brought their bodies closer together.
Whatever Eleanor's reply was about to be, it was silenced as Lorelei's hands travelled around her body in places she'd forgotten were sensitive. Her hips… her lower back… her shoulders… it felt like everywhere her lover touched her, sparkles flew. "I couldn't agree more," she whispered back.
“Only thing is… We did promise Charlie that we wouldn’t miss dinner.” she reminded softly as she continued to kiss Eleanor, slowly making her way down her neck. “Though… I suppose we can still make it in time, if you really want this.”
Eleanor gasped and tilted her head back to give Lorelei as much skin as possible to work with. "Yes, darling," she whispered, closing her eyes. "I really want this. I really want you."
Lorelei smirked at the soft sounds her lover was making and slowly began undoing the buttons on the back of Eleanor‘s dress as she continued to lay kisses against every inch of bare skin she could find.
Eleanor whimpered quietly. It had been so long since Lorelei had undressed her this way, she was relishing in every second of her lover's hands on her. "Oh, darling," she breathed as Lorelei continued her kisses. "You're hot."
“Only for you, my love.” Lorelei whispered, bringing her lips back up to Eleanor’s. “How far do you want me to go?” she asked gently as she placed a hand on her bare back.
"As far as we can go without being late," Eleanor replied, kissing Lorelei when her lips returned and let out a moan as she touched the completely bare skin.
