Eleanor winced at the shout, but she heard Neva's voice and at least knew she was alright.
Sally was an amazing shot and hit someone on the other ship every time. A bullet almost hit her but she dodged. "I'M COMING FOR YOUR LEFT SHOES AND I'M SHITIN IN EM BUDDY!" she shouted before firing and hitting the soldier who almost hit her.
neva laughed " okay doggie what you got about leftys?" she asked through her laughed. (omfg sally i swear)
(Lol she is awesome right?)
"I can go 2 weeks in just a left shoe. But I can't go 1 second in just a right one." She explained to Neva.
" id rather have no shoe- arghaa!" neva yelled as a stray bullet hit her square in the shoulder.
Eleanor heard Neva yell, and her heart dropped out of her chest. No. She rose to her feet and opened the door of Neva's office, making sure to stay out of sight unless Neva needed her.
neva leaned against the wall, cursing
"Woman down! Stow away keep shooting!" She shouted at Etta going to tend to Neva's wounds.
"Sally," Eleanor called. "Bring her in here!"
neva gave a growl " give me a minute an ill get back up"
"Neva. Here. Now." Eleanor ordered firmly. Her tone suggested no questioning.
neva finches a bit, getting up and walking into her bedroom.
Once she was close enough, Eleanor reached out and guided her inside. She made eye contact with Sally, but her eyes weren't as hostile as they were when they normally looked at her. It was there for a moment, then she shut the door and turned to Neva. "What happened?" she asked softly.
" isnt it clear, a stray hit me " she said
Eleanor carefully inspected it. "It doesn't look too bad."
" it feels that bad!"
Eleanor winced. "I know, my darling. I know…"
(I just realized I have no effing clue what medical stuff existed back then)
(me either ;-;)
Eleanor took a dagger and sliced the hem of her skirt. She used the fabric as a tourniquet-sort-of to tie around Neva's shoulder. "That should work," she remarked. (I have no idea)
(Google it)
Sally continued to shoot at the british soldiers hitting every one of them never waisting a single shot. "And fuck yer mom!" She screamed at them in a terrible accent.
Etta watched the pirate nervously, her bullets missing almost every time. It wasn't long before she was knocked in the leg, sent backwards by the impact. "Shit!!" She cried, still hopelessly shooting until her gun ran out of ammo
neva yelped when eleanor touched it " you fuckig owe me big time!"
Sally saw the stow away get hit. "Oy in the cabin now!" She yelled pointing at the captain's cabin where Eleanor and Neva were. "Oy Eleanor the stow away got hit sending er to you!" She said as she continued shooting.
Bernadette barely heard with the commotion going on, but translated it as "Go inside that creepy door." So she did. She slinked along the wooden floors, her leg burning like hell, as she haphazardly collapsed into the room to see the captain and her first mate. She blushed, like she was interrupting something and not bleeding out. "Oh uh… s-sorry."
"I know," Eleanor murmured softly to Neva, and then the moment was ruined as someone else came in. Eleanor turned to her and was shocked when she didn't recognize the girl. "Do I know you?" she asked, giving the girl a once over.
" nope, i saved her ass." neva said and motioned for eleanor to help her
Etta blsuhed hard, starting to crawl back out the door. "Oh uh… yeah I'm a- i'm kind of new 'round here. But I can see you guys were having a moment and I kind of barged in so I'll be going now…"
" crewmate i suggest you stay right there." neva said coldly
Bernadette froze, staring up at the pretty- I mean… pretty intimidating captain, nodding slightly. "O-o-okay."
Eleanor approached the new girl, tossing her dark hair back over her shoulders so she could see what she was working with. "Sit," she commanded, glancing at the wound.
