habiki kissed back, grinding gently on angelo

Angelo let out a soft moan before hearing something on the tv. It was on the news station, like he always had it on, but things seemed a bit more unusal.

"…Huge dogs, larger than ever recorded spotted out in the Forest Glen Woods…"

Angelo looked up, freezing. "Oh no…"

"fuck.." habiki mumbled as his eyes wide. " we need to be careful.. "

Angelo looked at Habiki with fear. "What about your father's pack?? What if they look for them?!" He started to panic

" da knows how to hide.." he said. " dont.. dont worry about it love. " he said and brought his hand to angelos jaw

Angelo sighed, still not at ease, but leaned into Habiki's gesture gratefully. "I always worry, mi amor."

" i know, im just trying to help.." he said and set his forehead on angelos

Angelo put his arms around the other, kissing him softly as his lips lingered for a moment. "And I really appreciate it."

Angelo watched him leave, tiredly laying back on the bed as the soreness across his body flared up. "God… dammit…."

Rose was trying to make breakfast, and was just about to turn on the stove when Habiki came in

" hey! No no no no no.." he said and quickly scooped her up. " I'm so sorry Rosie, I didn't know you were up.."

Rose whined in protest, shifting in his arms and tumbling to the floor, making puppy dog eyes. Please!! I wanna make breakfast!

Habiki gave a gentle smile where'd you learn that name? He asked as he lifted her up and got the ingredients for bacon and pancakes

Rose shifted back, giggling. "From Angelo!" She laughed, then watched Habiki work

Angelo groggily and begrudgingly forced himself out of the bed, keeping a blanket around his bare shoulders as he trudged into the kitchen.
"Aw… are you guys making breakfast?" he rasped, giving a gentle smile

" yeah, Angie are you alright?"

Angelo nodded, opening a cupboard and taking out some pills. "Yeah… Just… Last night took a toll on me."
