She whimpers, burying into the blanket.

He smiled and slept there with his back against the wall.

Her head had fallen to the floor during the night, so she was sitting with her head on the floor, as she slept.

He was still in the same position but shifted a little every now and then.

She makes a sound, a mix between a whimper and a word

He woke up and rubbed his eyes. He looked at Kerenza then quietly left to go to his room.

She wakes up, spotting Leon. "Leon…stay…?"

He turned around,"Okay then," He said as he walked back to Kerenza.

She stands, shaking, still haunted by a nightmare she just had, she holds a hand out to him.

He takes her hand and kisses her on the cheek.

She smiles, leading him gently towards the bed. She eyes were red, from tears, and it also looked like she hadn't slept.

He sat down and looked at her worriedly.

Kerenza doesn't look at him, instead looking at the floor.

"Are you okay?"

She doesn't answer, turning away from him. He must think I'm an idiot…I'm surprised he hasn't left me

"hmm…?" She doesn't look at him, instead looking at their intertwined hands.

"Are you okay?" He asked while looking at her.

"Are you okay?" He asked while looking at her.

"Fine…" Her voice cracks, and she still doesn't look at him.

"I'm taking that as a no so spill, Kerenza."

All she does is shake her head slightly. "I can't…"

"you can," he said.

"Y-you'd leave me…If I told you…" She whispers, quiet.

"I won't. Promise," He said as he wrapped his pinky finger around hers while smiling.
