" kokichi… fous on me, before you lose yourself like you used to.." he said and nuzzled the other

"Who said I was losing myself…? I'm still Kokichi Ouma, the Ultimate Supreme Leader, current ruler of this known universe…! Always have been.. Always have been…!" It was unclear how much worse this would get…

shuichi teared up. " just listen to me! please.." he said and held tightly to kokichi.

"I am listening to you…! Would I argue if I wasn't…?!" He noticed the tears in Shuichi's eyes. "I told you it'll be okay…! Why are you crying…?!"

" because im worried.. " he said and wipped his face " your yelling and my heads pounding.."

"I…I'm sorry…" He sighed and looked away. "I thought I had convinced you of the truth…! I guess not…! If you want to be left alone, that's fine…!"

(I'm an angst queen when emotional, huh?)

(ye.) " no, i just wanna b held.."

Kokichi held onto the other. "Well…I'm right here…! I just wish I could convince you of the truth…! I know I have a tendency to lie…but why would I here…?!" He had lowered his volume considerably, but the tone remained the same.. "You know it'll all be okay..! There's no need to worry..!"

shuichi nodded and slowly fell asleep

Kokichi silenced himself entirely when the other fell asleep. He eventually stood up and just began pacing the room, his thoughts only getting more intense now that there was no one to even attempt to bring him back into reality. All of this was an intense form of coping with his fears of losing those close to him.. He had convinced himself of a lie, the world in his view forming to fit that very lie, his view of reality beginning to slip away as a last resort, a final way of believing no one would die…

(Um…this is where I'm taking it apparently. If you wanna keep Shu asleep, just add Rantaro (first person I could think of, and I'm doing a Kokichi x Rantaro rp, so adding his boyfriend makes sense..))

rantaro came rushing in " shuichi!" he yelped before seeing kokichi " hey.. hey calm down .."

"He's just sleeping, Rantaro…! He'll be okay…!" That was all the truth, but most things weren't.. "Also, I am calm…! Why is that so hard for you guys to see…?!" He was so far into this lie that he hadn't even noticed that he was crying, close to sobbing..

rantaro pulled kokichi into his arms. " its okay now.." he said softly and ran his fingers through the others hair. he wiped the others tears

"I've been telling you it's okay….!" He sighed. "And what are you doing…?!" The other's actions confused him, as he still had yet to notice he had been crying for a couple of hours by then…

" your crying lov.." he said soflly.

"I am not…!" he still couldn't tell..

"yes you are." h said softly

"I am not, Rantaro…! I'm perfectly fine…!"

" no your not!" h said trying to bring him bacck.

"I'm okay…! Is there a reason, other than crying, that you're saying that…?!"

The combination of slight dehydration due to crying, the exhaustion from that in combination with not sleeping much, and the situation was causing his mental state to deteriorate…

" youve got bags under your eyes, your head is clearly hurting and paining you, "

"None of that is true, Rantaro…!" He kept the arguing up, but he was finally starting to return to reality, everything hitting him at once…

" see?" he said an ran his fingers through kokichis hair

He sighed as he held onto the other. "Ow.." He whined a bit as he finally felt the headache that had formed a while ago..

rantaro picked the other up " relax.'"

"I will… I'm sorry, Rantaro…." He sighed..

" thank you."

"I'm still sorry…" He sighed. "I got so lost in a lie that reality was gone…"

" i know, thats why im here," he said softly and ran his fingers through the others hair.

"I just want them to be okay… I shouldn't have done this to myself… Now you've got them to worry about and a somewhat broken boyfriend… I'll be okay… It's not important.."
