Avrey grew concerned, looking over at the fluffy animals, then back at Kenji. "Mind if I ask why not?"

" when I was younger I got attack by a bigger cat and haven't liked em since.."

Avrey smoothed Kenji's hair. "Im really sorry… These cats though, they only pick the friendliest ones to be in there. They're all really sweet." He gave a soft smile

" I guess I'll try it," he took a deep breath and looked to the cats

Avrey grinned, then looked into Kane’s eyes. “Hold up… do you have heterochromia too??” He gestures to his different colored eyes

" yeah, I was born with it." He said with a smile " we think it runs in the family "

Avrey grinned, gesturing to his own blue and brown eyes. “Same. I didn’t know my dad but I think it came from his side.”

" nice, " he said as he let the smaller Kenji out of his lap

Avrey leaned on Kenji, grinning as a waiter came to take their order. “What can I get for you handsome chaps?” He said in a slight accent

" a mountain dew please," Kenji said and Kane just ordered something sweet as usual.

Avrey waved to the man taking their order. “How’s it goin, Ali? I’ll take a chai latte and a few eclairs.”
Ali nodded, writing it down. “I’ll be right back.”

Kenji smiled " were all cuddling when we get home." He said softly

Avrey grinned, leaning on them. "Good… its so cold."

" right?" Kane said and snuggled avrey close.
Kenji laughed a bit and kissed avrey's cheek

Avrey laughed, leaning into Kane and pulling Kenji closer as he looked up to give Kane a small kiss.

Kane chuckled, nuzzling his nose with avreys." You two comfy?" He asked
Kenji nodded happily " yup!"

Avrey grinned, snuggling into Kane's warmness. "Absolutely"

" I'm glad" he said and watched as their food and drinks were brought i them

Avrey smiled, feeling the most comfortable he had ever been in his life, as Ali came back with the drinks and eclairs. “Here you all go, you can visit the cats whenever you like. And remember, they’re all up for adoption.” He winked and strode off.

Kenji sighs. " Wanna go play with furballs?" He asked

Avrey grinned. “Yeah! If you’re okay with it”

( Kenji: finds hairless cat and starts to like cats because of the hairless cat.
Kane: yup getting the cadge.)

Kenji and Kane got up, Kenji holding out his hand for avrey

Avrey took it, happily opening the door while a bunch of cats watched them curiously

Kenji took a deep breath, he walked around, seeing a cat much different from the rest. " Hello.." he said to it. It was a sphinx cat. Hairless at best.

The cat meowed, then jumped down to run at Kenji’s legs. Avrey chuckled at how friendly it was. “It likes you!”

" I.. I see that.." he said and picked the cat up. " I wonder if he'd like jack though.." he said softly and pet the cat.

The cat purred, rubbing its head against Kenji’s

Avrey shrugged. “Me might have to keep them separated. But who knows. Some animals can be friends”
