"riight?" he asked rhetorically. though the more the two drank the more he noticed a kid from his class staring at avrey "?"

Avrey saw his concerned look, the followed his gaze to whoever he was looking at. "Who is that?"

" kane, in my class"

Avrey nodded, returning to his drink and feeling a bit of jealously when Kenji kept staring at him.

kenji watched as he walked up to them " i couldnt help but notice you to handsome devils. mind if i sit?"

Avrey blushed slightly. "uhh, no. Go ahead."

" thanks!" he said and sat.

Avrey looked over at Kenji, clearly nervous. "What do I do??" he mouthed

kenji shrugged. " hes into us.."

Avrey's eyes went wide. "…us?"

" yeah, watch," he said and leaned closer " so kane? what made you come over here"

Avrey blushed, watching

" mm mostly because you to are quite handsome and i want to know you better. i know quite a bit about kenji, though nothing on you " he said and looked t avrey

Avrey shrugged. "Oh… uh", he smiled softly. "What do you want to know?"

"mm favorite color?"

Avrey grinned. "Easy. Green. What about you?"

" grey," he said and took another sip, " favorite animal?"

Avrey thought for a second. "Definitely dogs. You?" He turned to Kenji. "Want in on this?"

" sure, tigers.." he said and kane laughed " hippos"

Avrey chuckled. "hippos?"

“ yes “ he said half amused

Avrey smiled, then looked back at Kenji, taking another sip of his drink. "So, uh, what class do you have together?"

" me and Kenji have strings and math. I tuitor him sometimes " he said a little tipsy " so. Are either of y'all open? Single?"

Avrey blushed a bit. "Well, uh, we're… we're dating." He said shyly

" oh.. well.." he said a little shocked
Kenji took a swig " how bout a poly? I'm more of a poly lover but I do want the promise if we all agree"

Avrey looked between them, turning an even brighter shade of red. "uhh… I mean…"

Kane cleared his throat " up to you guys.. " he said and took the bill.

Avrey looked to Kenji, a bit nervous, but curious. "H-how… how does it… work?"

" just like us now, but with another person. Though the ring that I'm asking for is a promise that it just us. No one else unless the relationship is called off." He said softly
