Jonathan nodded,”Definitely.”
Usually he didn’t get this tense when Bull was riled up like he currently was, but when that anger was aimed at crewmates, it bothered Jonathan. Bull’s anger was certainly violent, and he remembered a few incidents shortly after Bull was hired on where Boris had to tackle him to keep him from outright attacking one of the others.
Bull had calmed considerably over the years, but that violence was still there. Jonathan was just grateful that Bull only rarely got pissed off at him, and never to that violent degree.
Pushing those thoughts and memories aside, Jonathan grabbed Kera’s hand. He needed something physical to ground himself on, otherwise he’d end up having another bout of anxiety like earlier.
" hey.. hey I got you.. " she said and pulled him into a hug " what's going on? I've never seen you like this.."
Jonathan wrapped around Kera, nuzzling into her neck like before. He took a deep breath.
“It bothers me when Bull gets like this, particularly towards crewmates, which is pretty much just another name for family. He’s not as bad as he used to be, but still,”Jonathan explained.
He took another deep breath.
“Anyways, c… can we leave now?”
" yeah, we can lay down when we get home.." kera said and walked back to the ship
“That sounds really nice right now,”Jonathan replied.
He walked with Kera, still holding her hand. When they left the tent, he immediately started to relax, though he was still tense when they got back to the ship.
Kera ignored anyone trying to talk to her and just went straight o their bedroom. Slipping off her clothes till she was just in a shirt and laying down
Jonathan chuckled at Kera’s actions, then undressed to his shirt and boxers. He laid down with Kera, snuggling close to her.
Kera smiled " love you.."
Jonathan smiled back, finally beginning to completely relax.
“Love ya too.”
Kera curled up to Jonathan, leaving a small kiss on his chest
Jonathan chuckled, wrapping his arms around her. He held her close, the proximity soothing to him.
Kera ran her fingers through his hair " better?" She asked softly
Jonathan smiled warmly at her.
“Yeah. Thank ya for not fighting him,”he answered, his voice just as soft as hers.
" your welcome love," she said softly
Jonathan gave her a tender kiss, then stared into her eyes. They still mesmerized him like they had as a kid.
Kera smiled softly " so handsome.." she said softy
Jonathan chuckled.
“So beautiful,”he replied.
Kera chuckled. She kissed him again, giving a teasing nip to his lip.
His breath hitched at the nip and he snickered.
Kera smiled slyly and wrapped her arms around him
Jonathan chuckled at her smile, then snuggled up closer to her. He sighed contentedly.
" mm.. I'm bored" she chuckled.
Jonathan snickered.
“Are ya now?”he asked teasingly.
His hand shifted upward, drawing light circles between her shoulder blades.
“What are ya in the mood for?”he asked, a genuine question, though the tease still remained in his voice.
" Mm I actually don't know, maybe we could game again.. or I youve got something "
Jonathan shrugged, then chuckled.
“I think ya can probably figure out what I’m thinking. Ya and your fucking addicting lips influenced that. But, I’m open to whatever,”he replied with an amused smile.
Kera smiled, attending to Jonathan was usually her priority. " Fine, like your second time today," she chuckled and pulled him into a Passionate kiss
Jonathan laughed,”Who’s keeping count?”
He kissed her back just as passionately.
Kera pulled Jonathan on top, pulling her knees up by his waist
Jonathan chuckled, looking down at Kera warmly.
“Damn, ya really are temptress,”he breathed.
He shifted to kiss her neck, his hands moving to caress her legs, starting at her calves and working their way up to her thighs.
Kera pushed herself into Jonathan " wanna find out how much of a 'temptress' I really am?"
