(From Balance: Oh, hey, I see this went places!)
(Me: Also… the people I've taken over for are "back", meaning they'll be the deities in certain rps that fuck everything up, lmao! And you're good!)
Serra looks up, startled, then smiles. "Yeah, I know I'm right, Fer. I never told you because I assumed you knew." Serra grins. "You're very welcome, Fer."
She sighs once more wehn Ferris squeezes her hand, returning the pressure gratefully. "I needed that, truly. But, it doesn't make me feel any less guilty." Serra looks around herself, spotting a ruffled looking boy, who waves and smiles sheepishly. "Oh, and he's here."
(glad Balance is back! Interested to see how the deity thing with work in this rp!)
She shook her head slightly and closed her eyes. "No, I never knew. I just assumed I was unnaturally lucky." She laughed and picked her head up, looking towards where Serra stared. She gave a tentative smile towards the boy, eyeing her own brother a few feet away carefully. The other boy seemed as calm as can be, toying with Doodle and even giving the younger boy encouraging smiles. "Seems like someone wants to be friends." Ferris mused, shifting on the couch to better watch the two. "Go on," she said softly to the younger boy. "They don't bite." She winked and gave a laugh as her brother shot her a flare, mouthing only you as he waved the boy over tonintrodice him to Doodle and himself. "I think we can safely say he's in good hands, Serra." She whispered softly, lightly running her free hand through the other girl's hair to detangle it.
(Me too!)
"Fair enough, Fer." Serra sighs. She continues looking at the boy and shoots him an apologetic look. He shakes his head. Fair enough.
"Yeah, I think we can." Serra grins, enjoying the feeling of Ferris's hands in her hair.
Ferris glanced away from her brother and the boy and smiled down at Serra. "Enjoying yourself my dear?" She cooed, gently massaging the girl's scalp. "If you're willing to cuddle, you're willing to see a doctor, right?" She arched an eyebrow challengingly, flicking her gaze up when she caught her brother watching them. She stuck out her tongue and softly brushed a hand along Serra's cheek. "I promise they won't do anything to hurt you. I know someone who takes care of people like us." She pleaded, gently tilting Serra's chin so that's she'd have to look at Ferris.
Serra sighs. "I feel fine now, but okay. If you really want me to."
She leans into the head scratches, smiling lazily.
"I know, but there's a reaso why I'm so hesitant…" she murmurs, not really focusing on the conversation.
