(I realized, Serenity is my only normal human character, lmao!)
"Yeah, I know. Just stay here." Serenity says, laughing and getting up. She quickly makes a bunch of bacon and a couple omelets, quickly putting half the bacon and two omelets for Ali and the rest of the bacon onto her own plate with another two omelets. She brings Ali her plate, then starts digging into her own food voraciously.
(XD oh dear…)
Ali stares at the food, sighing. “I’ve been trying to watch my weight recently…” she says softly, then shrugs. “I guess this can’t hurt.” She greedily devours the breakfast, smiling at Serenity. “You are such a good cook.”
(Yeah… I meant for Faith to be normal, and then nope! She turned into a Dreamweaver. Ren-that-is-evil was meant to just be a psycopath human, not a knife throwing blood sorceress.)
"Thank you! Just like with my art, I've had a lot of practice." Serenity grins, taking hers and Ali's plates to the sink and cleaning them quickly, putting them away, heading back towards Ali and laying down again.
(XD that seems to happen a lot with mine too! Lmaoo)
Ali smiles, then sinks into the couch. “What should we do today?”
"I dunno. Maybe go clothes shopping?" Serenity asks.
Ali grins, sitting up. “Yes! I’ve been meaning to go for forever!” She grabs Serenity’s hand, heading for the door, then stop herself. “I should probably get ready first”
"Yeah. I enjoy the just-out-of-bed look myself, but I get the feeling the general public might not see it the same way!" Serenity giggles.
Ali laughs, then goes to grab some clothes, ruffling her hair or get it to look more orderly. “Same. But, when Im not going to classes super early, I like to look a little presentable”
Serenity simply strips off her pink shirt and shorts, getting on a pair of leggings, a skirt, and a sleeveless tee. She twirls in front of Ali. "How do I look?"
Ali blushes. “G-great. You look… great.” She stares for a minute, then clears her throat, putting on some ripped shorts, and a fluffy tube top. She slips on her doc martens, and grabs her purse. “You ready?” She catches herself staring again, then looks away, blushing
Serenity notices the staring and laughs. "Thank you! You do too, you know." Serenity grabs her own bag, slings it over her shoulder and opens the door.
Ali follows, grinning as she checks her phone. “Alright. The next bus to my favorite mall comes in about 20 minutes.” She puts it away, striding toward the stop. “That gives us plenty of time to get there”
Serenity laughs. "Or I could pick you up and jog there, getting there before the bus gets here."
Ali blushes. “Oh, sure you could.” She laughs a little, putting her phone back in her pocket
Serenity chuckles. "You're small enough, and I've run with a lot of weight before." She picks up Ali with one hand. "Yeah. I definitely could."
Ali blushes, holding onto Serenity. a lot of weight, what does that mean?? she shakes her head, forgetting about it. “O-okay!”
Serenity laughs, then follows through with her promise, getting to the mall well before the bus would have shown up. Gently, she sets Ali down. "I told you!"
Ali laughs as she’s carried, holding tightly onto Serenity. She hops to the ground, smiling. “How do you do that?!”
Serenity shrugs. "I just do." She smiles then walks into the store, oblivious to the looks of confusion she and Ali get from the people that saw them.
Ali giggles, holding Serenity’s hand. She notices the looks, then nervously pulls it away, pretending to be preoccupied with her bag. “So uh, where should we go first? Got any favorite stores?”
Serenity catches her hand again. "Let them stare." She looks around. "Let's go to Hot Topic first."
Ali smiles warmly, giving her hand a squeeze. "okay! What are you looking for there?"
"Pins, shirts… interesting little things for me and you!" Serenity says, laughing.
Ali giggles, pulling her toward the store. "Alright, I'm pretty sure it's…" She smiles, seeing the stark contrast of the store against the plain white walls. "Here we are!!"
"Hey, thanks!" Serenity says, immediately getting distracted by a cat shirt. She holds it up to Ali for her to inspect. It says "Not today!" on it, with a picture of a cat laying down on its stomach.
Ali facepalms, chuckling. "ummm, I mean, thats… nice" She laughs, walking over to the marvel section, grabbing some backpacks. "awww, look at these!"
Serenity laughs, draping it over an arm and finding another tee, grabbing that one as well. She then follows Ali to the Marvel section and laughs. "Yeah, they're really something!"
Ali grimaces at the price tags, then laughs. "umm, yeah. Maybe not." She gasps when she sees avatar the last airbender merch. "No way!! This was my favorite show as a kid!!"
Serenity blushes. "I- I never actually saw that one."
Ali's jaw drops. "No. Way. I used to watch it after spongebob!! My mama would turn on the spanish subtitles so we could practice too." She laughs, holding up a shirt with all the nations on it. "We're watching that next"
