Corbin whined softly in reply and hid his red face.

Cyrus ran his fingers through Corbin’s hair “ I love you, you know that right?” He asked softly

"I love you too…" Corbin murmured softly in reply, burying his face in Cyrus' chest.

Cyrus kisses his head, lowering his wings

"Mm… I gotta finish my shift, and then we can go home." Corbin sighed softly.

“ okay,” Cyrus said and went back with the others, continuing to snuggle Corbin.

Corbin mostly stayed quiet for the duration of his shift.

Cyrus met the lady and then waited for everyone to go outside, wished the two off and looked back at Corbin.

Eventually, Corbin's shift ended and he left the store with Cyrus.

Corbin laced his fingers with Cyrus' and walked home with him.

cyrus's mind kept wondering to what keigo said, thnking about his past and a few other things on his mind.

Corbin looked up at Cyrus curiously. "What's on your mind, Cy?" He asked.

"?" cyrus sighed " yeah, yeah im fine" he said half out of it

Corbin seemed confused at the reply. "Huh? I asked what you were thinking about…"

" oh! uh, its nothing.." he said softly and rubbed the back of his neck.

"Are you sure? You seem pretty distracted." Corbin laughed weakly.

" sorry.. just thinking. my heads been swimming all day today." he said and pulled corbin closer

"What're you thinking about, though?" Corbin asked, still very confused.

" just about my past, " he said softy " sometimes about my scars and others just about my mom"

"Ah… um… do you want to talk about it?" He asked softly.

" n..no.." his voice cracked slightly

"Alright, then… um… do you wanna cuddle when we get home?"
