Bull laughed at Toaci’s words, then watched Keigo. His eyes narrowed at Keigo’s reaction and he glanced out to see Kera. He snorted.

Amelia, who leaned against the wall nearby, waiting for Keigo to emerge, turned at his reaction. She watched Kera like a hawk, but otherwise didn’t move or react.

Kera’s eyes watched Amelia for a moment before looking to keigo. “ tell your little drummer boy that if he stays up on my tablet anymore ima start looking up porn for him.” she said and headed to the mess hall.

Keigo sat there for a minute, utterly stunned by her words and it wasn't the part about Jonathan watching her every move it was the fact that he didn't have to relay that back to him.

Amelia watched Kera go, seeming just as stunned as Keigo. She then glanced at Jonathan’s room with concern.

Bull narrowed his eyes at Kera’s words, shaking his head. He had wondered if something like this would happen.

“Ain’t no fucking way. Beta-Man’s a good fucking hacker, and he hides himself pretty goddamn good too. If he’s watching her, the only way she would know is if she’s a hacker as well,”he hissed.

As Bull spoke, Jonathan opened his door, looking out at the others with a baffled expression. He shook his head, leaning against the doorframe as he fell into deep thought.

( I'm a send kera after Jonathan's throat :3) “ if kera is.. She never told me..” keigo spoke softly. He looked as he heard Jonathan for open “ you okay bud?” He asked softly to the smallest of them

Toaci left bull to go play with Edgar, eventually snuggling up to him instead.

(Lol. I was honestly wondering if that would happen, considering what’s gone on so far)

Jonathan looked at Keigo, nodding.

“Bull said it all. There’s no fucking way she would have known if I was watching her, unless she’s a hacker as well, and a good one too. Now, I’ll admit that I’m not the best hacker around, but I’m pretty fucking good at it. I… I just don’t get it,”he said, bewildered.

Amelia looked toward the galley, her eyes narrowed suspiciously. What else was Kera hiding?

First, trading with a shady guy in the market. Now this. She didn’t like where this was headed.

Bull sighed,”I hate it when my gut feelings are right. Fucking shady ass bitch.”

‘Toaci!”Edgar happily greeted.

He eagerly played with Toaci, and was just as content to snuggle.

Keigo gave a small laugh As he watched toaci “ so, we need a way to keep her away from Jonathan.” He said sternly “ don’t worry about me because I can handle myself, right now Jonathan is her target”

Jonathan sighed.

“Fucking wonderful,”he said sarcastically, rolling his eyes.

Bull looked out at Jonathan.

“Going after the fucking kid…”he muttered, breathing deeply to contain his anger.

“She’s not afraid of me, but she won’t be able to get past me if I’m guarding the door, or Beta-Man himself,”he said.

Amelia considered what could work.

“She seems to avoid Boris. Maybe you could hang out with him more often, until she backs off,”she said, turning to Jonathan.

He shrugged.

“I can also minimize my activity on the computers. I don’t think she’ll be able to hack into me, because I’ve been working on my system for years, and I actually had an old hacker friend of mine try to hack into it. He couldn’t fucking do it. But, minimizing my activity would help avoid anything weird happening there.”

Bull snorted,”That shit was fucking funny, and that kid was more a computer nerd than ol’ Beta-Man here.”

Jonathan nodded, chuckling a bit.

“That, and Edgar knows to fetch someone if something’s wrong,”he added.

Amelia nodded,“Also, I think it’s obvious by now that we all look out for each other, including you Keigo.”

“Yeah. Been like that for years, even when Shithead and Shank were around. They were assholes, but they didn’t let anyone fuck with any of us,”Bull commented.

“ I know I know. But I wanna see what she does if he gets me completely alone. Far as her knowledge goes is I'm just getting hearsay from you guys. I'm going to ‘send you out on a mission tomorrow, stay near the ship and stay alert for toaci. He’ll call war if something goes wrong..” keigo explained.

Amelia looked at Keigo with concern.

“Are you sure?”she asked.

“Ah, let him, Amelia. Kei’s a grown man. If he wants to challenge her, why not?”Bull replied.

“Fair warning, Boris won’t like that plan one bit,”Jonathan forewarned.

“Yeah, Beta-Man’s actually got a point there. Boris is going to have a fit when he realizes what you’re planning,”Bull commented.

“ that's fine. Let him worry for right now. “ He said and pulled Amelia closer, wrapping his arms from behind her as they talked. Keigo usually did this to calm her more than him.

Amelia appreciated Keigo’s hold. She didn’t like his idea at all, for several reasons, but she hoped he knew what he was doing. She didn’t want Keigo to get hurt, and she definitely didn’t want the bitch called Kera even near him.

“Alright, but he’s going to pissy, whether when he finds out or after it’s already done. So, if he chews you out for it, don’t be surprised,”Bull replied.

Jonathan snickered, then hummed, glancing toward the galley.

“Do I dare get a cup of coffee?”he mumbled.

Amelia glanced over at him.

“Well, Boris is cooking right now. And speaking of, it’s probably around that time for all of us to head in there anyway, unless there’s anything more to discuss,”she commented.

“This fucking kid and his coffee addiction. And you got me hooked on it, you little fucker!”Bull said, pointing at Jonathan, feigning anger.

“I have no idea what you’re talking about,”Jonathan said, smiling.

“Uh-huh. I know better, you little shit,”Bull said, chuckling and still pointing his finger.

Amelia snickered.

Keigo understood Amelias concern “ its better to have my ass chewed by someone I know won't hurt my rather then someone unpredictable. “ he said and watched as the others talked about coffee.

Bull turned back and nodded.

“Yeah, you got a point there. Anyway, if there’s nothing else, I’m going to get myself a fucking cup of coffee before this little shit does,”Bull said, pointing at Jonathan as he spoke.

Jonathan laughed,”Race ya there?”

Bull scoffed,”Fuck that. You’re skinny little ass will beat me all day.”

Jonathan laughed some more.

Keigo nodded. Once the plan was set in action, keigo waited for Kera to act. He knew she knew he was alone today except for Boris. Though it was sudden for him, as he hadn’t been paying much attention, kera had pinned him to the wall. His wrists above his head and her face in his “ k..kera back up.” He ordered

Kera ignored him “ why the fuck did you leave us, you said it yourself, the bloody bandits. If one gets shot we all get shot. So why did you live?”

Amelia, Bull, and Jonathan sat on a bench outside the markets. Bull had gotten the three of them something to eat while they were out.

“So, do I dare spy on the cameras?”Jonathan asked.

“Nah. Boris is there. Toaci and Edgar are there. We’ll know if something’s wrong,”Bull replied.

Amelia sighed,”I still don’t like this.”

“None of us do, Amelia. But, Kei’s fighting back. Let him. It’ll prove to be a lesson to both of them,”Bull mentioned.

Amelia sighed, shaking her head.

Boris lingered in his room, reading and listening to his surroundings. He kept his pad and medicine bag close, in case he needed them.

Keigos heart rate jumped when kera talked about taking him out, “ kera we all knew none of us pledged to that loyalty. “ he said trying to ease her down.

Kera pulled out her knife, threatening keigo “ you have at least one person loyal to you, and what do you do? You giver her place in Your heart away like a god damn candy”

Amelia kept glancing toward the ship, her fingers fiddling with her necklace, her ring, each other. Bull noticed her and reached a hand over. Amelia looked at him.

“He’ll be fine,”Bull said.

Amelia looked toward the ship.

“You know how I get. I can tell when something’s off. I don’t like her. I don’t fucking like her one bit. And I don’t like this,”Amelia said.

Bull snorted,”That makes four of us, probably five. She’s outnumbered, Amelia. Even now with Boris in there.”

Amelia looked at him.

“If ya want, to keep us busy for the moment, I got a shit ton of games. Chess, cards, a bunch of others,”Jonathan offered.

“Sure,”Amelia said quietly, glancing at the ship again.

Boris noted the increase in heart rate, but didn’t move. He would keep a close eye on that heart rate though.

Once kera had pressed the knife to his side it was over for her. He threw his body weight forward, basically throwing her down.

Jonathan and Amelia steadily played a game of chess, practically tied. Bull watched, keeping a lookout as well.

Boris continued to read, occasionally glancing at his pad. He had the feeling that something big was going on between Keigo and Kera. But, he still didn’t move, keeping to the plan.

keigos yelp sounded though out the ship, kera had gotten a damn good cut on his cheek bone. he'd been right to trust his instinct. kera was soon pinned and out of power to fight him. "boris!"

Boris heard the yelp and immediately stuck his pad in the medicine bag and grabbed his shotgun. When he heard Keigo’s call, thankfully his and not Kera’s, he rushed out to see what had happened.

His eyes locked first on the cut on Keigo’s cheek, then on the pinned Kera. He set the shotgun aside and opened his medicine bag, pulling out what he’d need to take care of Keigo’s wound.

“Did she cut you anywhere else, or just the cheek?”Boris asked.

“ not sure, it felt like she got my fucking side but I still have a damn good adrenaline rush..”

Boris nodded grabbing a few more things, then glanced at Kera.

“You got her, or you want me to knock her out with something?”he asked.

“ if she knows what’s good for her, she’ll stay fucking put” he said and sat down for bull to work on him.

Boris nodded, then went to work on Keigo’s cheek wound. He also checked his sides for any wounds.

Keigo hissed a bit in pain, ignoring the glares from kera
