The two other men were a bit shorter and more scrawny. They seemed even more wasted than the tall guy. “Hey, man, come on, lay off,” the man slurred.

"You're all drunk as hell and you expect me to let you go?"

“Come on man, I’m just screwing around,” The man continued to slur, shoving limply at Leon.

"Seriously, Leave."
(Srry about that, had to take a shower)

The man finally nudged Leon away, and without a word, dragged his friends out the door. Rose quickly went over and shut the door, locking it to be safe. “Oh god..” he mumbled, rubbing at his hip a bit.

"That was easy…"He said as he sighed.

Rose nodded slowly. “Thank god they were drunk.. Thank you for helping,” he said softly. He tugged up the side of his sweater and adjusted his jeans so he could see the noticeable bruise that had begun to form on his skin.

"You're welcome," He looked at the bruise forming on Rose's hip,"You need to get that treated or something."

Rose felt it with his fingertips, wincing softly. “I should be fine,” he said, silently wondering if there was a chance that Leon had a bruise of his own now in the same spot.

"You sure? it doesn't look like it's fine," He said.

“I mean, I’m not bleeding or anything. It just aches, it should feel better soon..” Rose said, dropping his sweater back down.

"Okay then," He said as he rolled up his sleeves, revealing all of his scars, since he thought it was getting hot

Rose’s brows raised as he looked at Leon’s scars. They looked exactly like the ones that had mysteriously appeared on his own arms. “Leon..?” He started hesitantly.

"Yes?" He said while making eye contact with Rose.

(Ah seeyah)

Rose stepped over to Leon, rolling up his own sleeves to show identical scars. “They are the same,” he said softly, cheeks flushed. Oh god, was Leon his soulmate?

He looked at Rose and then at both of their arms in shock,"Y-You're my…"He couldn't say the word. I thought I never had a soulmate.

(It’s all good, I’m off and on because of class too)

Rose looked up at Leon with big eyes, wide with shock. He quickly tugged up the side of Leon’s shirt and looked at the bruise. It was the same as his on his own hip. He dropped Leon’s shirt and looked back up at him. “Soulmate..” he finished in a surprised tone.

"B-but how?"He said as he looked at Rose in shock.

Rose opened his mouth as he searched for words. He felt embarrassed. His soulmate was right there, and that was the first impression he had made. “I don’t know, I don’t know how that all works,” He stammered.

"I don't either," He said while blushing. His soulmate was right in front of him and he was blushing like an idiot.

Rose glanced down at his feet, running a hand up and back of his neck and through his hair. He didn’t know that to say or do, he felt too much in shock that someone like Leon was his soulmate.

"So, um, what now?" He asked since he had to have a brain fart when his soulmate is in front of him.

“I really don’t know,” Rose murmured softly, still not looking back up at Leon. He hadn’t thought about this moment that much before, he wasn’t prepared at all.

He pinched himself and winced slightly from the pain. Yep, this was real. Rose was his soulmate.

Rose felt the urge to do something. He was sure that standing around after finding that out was not the normal reaction. He imagined that most people would pounce on each other after finding that out, but he didn’t think he had the confidence to initiate that sort of intimacy.
