Keigo stood at the door. Waiting to hear what she had to say.

Kera laughed a bit “ keigo left me for dead! I just came to pay my respects and do the same, “

Bull huffed.

“There’s a big difference between leaving someone for dead and not knowing that same someone was still alive. You clearly can’t tell. Now, was that all you were planning?”he growled.

Amelia leaned against the wall opposite the door, glaring evilly at it. That this woman would even think of ‘repaying’ Keigo made her fingers wrap around the hilt of her dagger. Despite her anger, she periodically glanced at Keigo to make sure he was okay.

Boris grimaced at Kera’s words, shaking his head helplessly. He kept a close eye on Keigo, but otherwise stayed out of the situation.

Keigo seemed to shake a little, but there was a fight in his eyes. “ I didn't know you were dead kera. But it was all the same when I seized trying to protect you. “ he said,

Kera seemed shocked that he'd even bring it up. “ really kego? After id been there after every seizure! And comforted you when you woke up screaming in pain because of them! You're a fucking nuisance to anyone who even tries to love you. “ she called back out of rage.

At Kera’s words, Amelia visibly stiffened, her hand tightening around the hilt of her dagger so much that her knuckles turned white. Rage burned in her eyes and she shifted a leg, ready to pounce if the door was ever opened.

Bull huffed,”Watch that fucking tone, missie!”

He then noticed Amelia’s reaction and rose an eyebrow. Amelia didn’t even acknowledge him. He glanced at Boris, and the man grimaced. It was a good thing that the door was steel, or Amelia might have already barged through and absolutely annihilated Kera.

Keigo noticed Amelia, he put his hand up. The male grabbed both the others wrists. “ let her out. She wants to ‘pay me back’ let her, though someone needs to hold Amelia” he said more to bull then anything

Bull snorted.

“I might let that woman out, but she ain’t putting one finger on you if I got any say in that. You’re our fucking Captain, and that shit don’t fly. Besides, Amelia’s hard to hold back when she’s like this,”Bull replied.

“I can vouch for that. She got pissed off at somebody and was dragging me on her way to get to whoever it was. She is stubborn as hell,”Boris commented.

“I’m glad I got the nickname ‘Bull’ before she did,”Bull snorted.

“Besides that, I agree with Bull. And I’m sure Beta-Man would as well. We’re not letting her hurt a hair on that head of yours, even in a fist fight. I’m getting some bad fucking vibes from that woman, as in she’s not right in the head sort of vibes,”Boris added.

Amelia turned and sighed irritably, taking a few deep breaths to calm herself.

“I won’t jump at her if you insist on letting her out, but Boris has a point. Something’s off, whether it’s her head or something else,”she said.

“ and that's what I wanna find out” he said and let go of Amelia's wrists “there's no way she should be alive right now.. “

Kera could hear them talking it over “ you guys act like I'm going to kill him or something! Just let me the fuck out!”

Amelia nodded. She took another deep breath, then glared at the door when Kera spoke.

Bull rolled his eyes at Kera’s words, then moved in front of the door, one hand poised to open it, the other holding his rifle. He looked at the others, particularly Keigo.

“You all ready?”Bull asked.

Boris shifted, holding his shotgun steadily. It was aimed at the floor, but he could easily lift it up if needed. He then nodded.

Amelia nodded, glancing up at Keigo.

Keigo took a deep breath, steadying his shaking body “ yeah I'm good” he said and started at the door

Kera waited for the door to open before stepping out. She glared daggers at keigo, and looking at the group. “ aren't we a diverse group..”

Amelia continued to glare, not bothering to reply to Kera’s words.

Bull rolled his eyes at Kera, holding his rifle with practiced ease.

“Get to the point, missie,”Bull snorted.

Boris stayed silent, watching the situation carefully.

“ I'm out of a damn ship, decided to vist my dead boyfriend. So I'm staying. And I want my old spot.”

Keigo scoffed, knowing exactly what that meant. “ the girl in front of you took that spot. And she's not going to give it up, nor will I let her.”

Amelia stepped forward to stand beside Keigo. She didn’t say a word, primarily because if she did try and speak she would probably end up murdering Kera. However, her lingering glare made it quite clear that Amelia wasn’t about to give up the mentioned spot without a very bloody fight.

Bull stared at Kera a moment, then shook his head.

“Alright. Clear something up for me. Not five minutes ago, you were screaming about ‘paying back’ Keigo here for supposedly leaving you for dead. Now, you’re wanting to rejoin his crew. How the fuck does that make sense? What, you planning on tormenting Keigo until he’s nothing more than your little slave? And don’t give me some shitty ass excuse like you were just pissed off. I know better,”Bull said.

“ actually you caught me. Your right. Keigos always been my little bitch. keigo I don't feel good or keigo I have a headache always worked”

Keigo growled a bit under his breath, he remembered the game she played on him and every seize she induced.

Bull and Boris both glared.

“You conniving bitch. Give me one good reason not to shoot you right now,”Bull hissed, aiming his rifle.

“Shooting her isn’t good enough,”Amelia growled.

Her hand had gone back to her dagger hilt. The list of things Amelia could do to Kera with just that one dagger. The list of other things she could do to Kera, whether she touched her at all or not. Amelia could do so much… so much to the one that had manipulated Keigo, used him, tormented him.

Bull glanced at Amelia with a raised eyebrow, then snorted. He then glanced at Keigo, deciding it was best for him to decide on Kera’s fate.

“ were not killing her. And we're not harming her. I'm not participating in a circle. She hurt me and then we’ll hurt her, eventually it will come back to me so no. “ he watched the group sternly and then looked to kera with a growl “ you can stay, but you fucking stay out of my crews business. Doors stay locked as long as your here. Understood?“ he said the last bit to the whole of his crew

Kera growled when keigo denied her. She'd fight with Amelia for his bullshit love but that didn't matter now

Bull smirked in displeasure, but lowered his rifle. He then nodded at Keigo’s words.

Boris put up his shotgun.

“Alright,”Boris said.

Amelia hesitated to back down, but after a moment, she took a few deep breaths, her hand releasing her dagger. She then nodded at Keigo. Her eyes didn’t stop glaring at Kera.

Keigo, who was already annoyed and stressed, just strait up grabbed Amelia, snatching her up into his arms and walked off to his bedroom like no one was fucking watching. He was tired and ready for a fucking nap already.

Kera watched almost stunded By keigos actions “ he was never that fucking pubic and touchy with me. Wtf!?”

“What…”Amelia blurted, caught completely off guard, as Keigo picked her up.

She stared ahead in absolute confusion for a moment before realizing what Keigo was doing and where he was going. She snorted, sighing a bit.

When they were out of eyeshot of Kera and the others, Amelia laid her head on his shoulder and melted in his arms, feeling utterly drained. The last time she had been so tense was during the fight with Maxim that had ended with his dagger in her neck.

“Fuck,”she mumbled. There was so much she wanted to add to that one word, but she wasn’t in the mood to say more. Besides, she was sure her tone said enough. They were definitely going to have their hands full with Kera around.

She held onto Keigo, in the mood for a nap as well.

“Well, if you weren’t such a bitch…”Bull snorted. He watched her closely, not moving from his spot.

Boris walked away without a word, heading to Jonathan’s room to make sure he knew what was going on.

Kera looked around “ so… Anything to do?”

Keigo laid Amelia down and Curled up around her. He pulled the blankets up. Keigo ran his fingers through Amelias hair. “ I love you. “

Bull shrugged,”I’m thinking of getting some fucking pie. Can’t beat having pie when there’s nothing to shoot at. You could join me, and I’d give you a rundown on who’s who. Might as well, if you’re planning on staying.”

Bull then headed away, locking his room’s door on the way to the cafeteria.

Amelia snuggled against Keigo, shivering a bit, though she wasn’t exactly sure if was from being so upset or just being cold, or both. Nor did she really care at the moment.

“And I love you, Keigo,”she cooed.

Damn, she hated being worn out like this. In its worst moments, it lasted for days. No wonder she had run away from Maxim. She had been so on edge that she hadn’t been able to do anything more than argue or sleep. And Amelia had a feeling that Kera would be just as bad, even if she happened to be more subtle than Maxim.

Kera followed eagerly, she didn't understand the names like ‘bull ‘ or ‘birdman’ she kept thinking about it but figured the big ass man infront of her would explain.

Keigo sighed, moving Amelia’s hair out of her eyes. He felt her shiver and pulled her closer, “ I've got you love. I'm not going to let her ever get between us, promise”

Bull reached the galley, got himself a piece of pie, and sat down. He ate for a moment, lost in thought, then turned to Kera.

“Alright, first off, I’m Ben but everyone calls me Bull. You got a front row seat to why I’m called that. My business is guns and deals.

“Then, there’s Boris, ol’ Medicine Man, the bald fucker with the shotgun. He’s our medic. He’s the one that usually comes up with the nicknames, or codenames, or whatever the fuck. If you manage to piss him off, you’re fucked.

“Then Jonathan, everyone calls him Beta-Man or Beta though. He’s the one you probably didn’t see that called out ‘Avant-garde’ earlier. He’s the tech guy and the loot scout, and can be a bit hyper sometimes. He also just got a parrot named Edgar, fucking obnoxious bird.

“And finally, Amelia. She used to go by Emma, but I guess she decided to switch names. She’s the pilot and mechanic, and is stubborn as hell.

“Oh, and Boris calls Keigo ‘Birdman’ since he’s Captain and has Toaci.”

Bull then turned away to continue eating.

Amelia smiled warmly, wrapping her arms around him.

“I promise to do the same. And I already know she’s going to fight me. I know her type too well, even if I’m more used to the male equivalent. I did not miss all the bullshit,”she replied with a sigh.

“ if you want I can help releave stress,but there’s not much else I can do. “ he took a deep breath trying to clear his head. “ im sorry I can’t do more, my head so fucked that I can’t even think straight” he mumbled.

Kera nodded, watching bull intently. She went back to sketching on her small iPad from the spare room. She used to stay in there and knew where everything was at

Bull glanced at Kera, noting her pad. He then finished his pie, grabbed some coffee, then sat back down.

“And you?”

Amelia smiled softly and caressed his cheek.

”You’re so sweet. I’d appreciate that. And I know the feeling. I’m so fucking out of it right now,”she replied, chuckling.

“ I just go by Kera. Me and keigo were once in one of the most wanted gangs… Till we all started getting executed. We were known as the bloody bandits. We were s.o.s. Shoot on sight. “ she pulled the collar of her shirt down, exposing a tattoo on her chest, it was a skull with a dagger through it. “ it's the mark of the bloody bandits, and though he'll probably never admit it. Keigo was the leader, and he apparently watched his whole team get there blood-spattered across the walls, but me and him survived. He just didn't know it yet.” when she sat down her digital pen the drawing became a clear sketch of a younger smiling keigo shed done from memory.

Keigo smiled softly and put her hand on his, he leaned in and kissed her. His hand traced her jawline and rested at the base of her neck, pulling her closer to him

“Hmm… I remember the name. I also remember hearing rumors about how the crew disappeared. Didn’t think any of them were true. No wonder they all vanished,”Bull commented.

He wasn’t sure if he should believe anything Kera said, but he would definitely ask Keigo later.

“What’re your skills, besides being a fairly good artist? Guns? Tech? Pilot? What?”

Amelia savored the kiss. A shiver passed down her spine as his hand moved to rest on her neck, and she moaned when he pulled her closer. She then softly moved her leg between both of his.

Keigo gave a soft laugh as he pulled from the kiss. He kept their faces close, running his fingers through the smaller baby hairs on Amelia's neck.

“ we didn't ‘vanish.’ we were slaughtered. “ she corrected him with a sick tone. Remembering it was hard on her. The copper smell of blood, the crimson shades splattered everywhere as she looked her creates in the eyes when they were taken up to the makeshift gallows. “ I was the medic.. “

Amelia smiled warmly at him. Another shiver passed through her as he rubbed her neck, and she closed her eyes breifly. Then, she stared into his eyes, easily getting lost in them.

“Vanished, slaughtered, not much difference. And you were the fucking medic?”Bull snorted.

Considering what Kera had said earlier, about Keigo being her bitch and how easy it was to affect him, it was all starting to click. Bull was liking this woman even less.

“ if your thinking with keigo, I wasn't. He had his own medic for that shit. And there is a difference, vanshied means there's no trauma, no smell of copper left in your nose, no night terrors of their blood spattering across your face as you sit in shackles waiting to be next. The last thing your seeing is his face looking up at you, knowing he was standing there and fighting the guards with every bit he had just to get to you, and then he falls. He was just shaking, that band was glowing a deep red. I had no idea what was going on with keigos medic laying dead on the hollow. They let him go, said he was cursed or some shit..”

Keigo moved Amelia to be on his chest, continuing to run his fingers through her hair. He pulled the blankets up a bit and let his hands travel from her neck to her sides.

Bull considered her words for a long moment, and knew something was off. She had known about his seizures, if anything she had said while locked in her room had meant anything. And yet here she was, claiming ignorance. A blatant fucking lie if Bull had ever seen one.

And besides all that, her story didn’t seem to line up somehow. Bull had imagined a battle, not an execution. And now he was imagining a long talk with Keigo later, primarily because he trusted Keigo’s word a shit ton more than he would Kera’s.

But, even though he doubted her every word, Bull decided that it was best to keep the conversation going somewhat smoothly, instead of having it devolve into an argument over who’s word meant more. He wasn’t sure how well that would turn out, and he wasn’t in the mood to have Keigo up in his ass for beating Kera to death.

“You have a point, but ‘vanished’ still works, because it’s vague. It implies that no one knew what the fuck happened to the lot of you, whether traumatic or not. And not surprising that they’d consider Keigo cursed. Not many pirates with seizures around,”Bull commented.

Amelia chuckled as Keigo moved her, still staring into his eyes. As his hands moved, she moaned again.

“I love it when you do that,”she breathed.

Amelia then tenderly kissed him.
