"What's up, with me? Nothing nothing, I'm fine Marius! There's nothing bothering me you adorable dork!" He offers a chuckle and a smile to cover up for anything in the past moving to walk ahead.

I'm not adorable, and you're obviously lying. What's wrong with you, huh? Marius narrowed his eyes at Tristian, picking up the pace so the other couldn't get ahead.

"You sure you aren't adorable? You snuggling up to me in my arms when you feel asleep was surely adorable" he winked at Marius and blew him a kiss before chuckling nervously and walking faster. "Nothing's wrong Marius!'

Marius flushed a bit and turned his ears back. Oh god… did I? He wondered to himself. He shook his head a bit, trying to walk faster to keep up with Tristian. What kind of an idiot do you take me for, huh?

He wiggled his eyebrows at Marius. "An adorable one~ i don't think your an idiot, unless you mean by which of not realizing how cute and smol You are."

You're trying to change the subject. I'm not going to stop pestering you until you tell me what's going on with you. Marius huffed a bit and looked away, his tail lashing from side to side.

"Whaaaat? Me? Change the subject? Never!" He put a hand to his chest and fained a hurt expression.

You're not a very good liar, you know. Marius sighed softly, pretty much just jogging at this point. Just tell me why you're so antsy.

"I told you, im not antsy! Im- oof!" He was going backwards and stumbled right into a tree,the whole tree shook and a couple nuts fell from it and hit him in the head.
"Ow.."

Well, you're obviously out of it. Marius scoffed, stopping when Tristian hit the tree and crossing his arms. Why are you being so weird about it? Just tell me what's bothering you so much. You're acting off.

"I'm only acting weird because i didn't get much sleep last night okay? Next time we stop i can get some sleep and then i will be back to acting normally that good enough for you?"

No. I think you're lying to me, and I don't like being lied to. Marius huffed indignantly as he looked up at Tristian. I want you to tell me what's really wrong.

"Why do you care so much about "what's wrong"? Especially after i told you why I'm acting weird." He just had to ask since Marius was so persistent about it. "i thought i was just another annoying prince"

Because I think you're lying to me, and you could be worried about something in not aware of. I want to know what's going on. You shouldn't be lying to me regardless. Marius huffed again.

"I guess your right, lying isn't a good thing to do. I just don't want you to be worried, less people worried the more people focused on the task at hand."

I'll be fine. I'll be more worried if I know something's going on and I don't know what it is. Marius started walking forward again, sticking his hands in his pockets.

"I guess that is how it works with you isn't it?" He sighs, moving to continue walking forward as well next to him.
"I'm just….I'm worried that i made the wrong descion."

By running away? Marius asked, glancing back at Tristian. Well, you've tried to do this before, haven't you? You've just sort of brought me along this time.

"That's thing, I'm starting to think i put you in harm's way. Like i told you back there that was the farthest i have beer really been it's never rely been the running away it's the fact that i could tease them and taunt them and eventually they would catch me but nothing bad would really happen, plus i have a sister. She's going to get the thrown if i disappear x but i don't know if she can handle the threat, and th responsibility, as in she's just a kid and should be able to live out her childhood." He sighed, "sorry, that's kinda a lot."

Marius shrugged a bit, looking down at the ground. Well, I don't have any siblings. I'm the only one who was supposed to inherit the throne, but I never really wanted it much, to be honest. I mean, power and all that are nice and all, but you don't have much freedom. Can't go anywhere or do anything you want to do. And anything you do that isn't… good… has to get hushed up or the whole kingdom will get a bad reputation.

"Then i guess i did make the right descion though they probably think i kidnapped you on the way out". He chuckled slightly.

Well, to be fair, you basically did. Marius shrugged again, still walking silently. But whatever, I guess. He was quiet for a while, considering. How good are you at keeping secrets?

"oh, yeah." He chuckled still, before pausing and looking at Marius. "I'm pretty good, why?"

Marius didn't respond for a few seconds. I… uh… could tell you why I can't talk. He replied stiffly.

He got more serious because he could tell Marius was hesitating. "only do it if you really want to."

No… it's fine. I might as well. Marius hesitated for another couple of seconds before carefully removing his mask, revealing his magically sealed mouth. It was a punishment for my sins.

"Sins? What…sins?" His eyes widdened at the magically sealed mouth almost immediately thinking of ways to undo the seal.

Well, I… had very little control over myself when I was younger. Marius replied stiffly. He definitely seemed uneasy with the topic. I was extremely easy to anger, and sometimes flew into a rage of sorts, for lack of a better term. I… killed people. Did horrible things to them.

"And what of your family…? How did they deal wit it? Did they help you at all try and control of tame your temper?" He lifted a brow looking at her.
