Marius glanced up at Tristian, looking exhausted. No, I'm fine… I can walk just fine… He stumbled a bit over his own feet, but managed not to fall over.
Marius glanced up at Tristian, looking exhausted. No, I'm fine… I can walk just fine… He stumbled a bit over his own feet, but managed not to fall over.
He sighed and picked up Marius bridal style, before sitting him up in his arms and having him lean his back against Tristans back. "your not walking anymore."
But if I don't keep walking, I'll fall asleep, and then I'll be useless… Marius was already looking pretty sleepy in Tristian's arms, although he was struggling weakly to get free nonetheless.
"everything you just said, is wrong. You may fall asleep but that doesn't mean your useless, your stupid if you think that. Everyone needs rest."
"Mm…" Marius sighed, struggling to keep his eyes open as Tristian carried him. Are we close to the town yet? He asked weakly.
"sleep, i will wake you up when we get there Marius." He smiles softly down at him before continuing to look forward and walk through the forest.
Marius whined softly in protest, but soon closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep. Even as dead weight, he honestly didn't weigh much considering his size. When he fell asleep, his head bumped lightly against Tristian's chest and he finally relaxed.
Tristan smiled softly down at him when he finally fell asleep and relaxed, he held him close and made sure to put his cloak on marius like a blanket, as he continued to walk through the forest.
Marius stayed fast asleep, looking exhausted. He was having a little bit of difficulty sleeping with his mask on considering he usually took it off before sleeping, but he wasn't comfortable having it off in front of Tristian.
He wanted to remove the mask, but he didn't want to loose marius's trust, whatever little bit he had. He kept the mask on him, before looking up and taking the mask off so he could breathe better, not looking before putting back on. He didn't see anything so it wasn't technically invading privacy.
Marius started breathing a little easier when the mask was taken off of him, and he buried his face in Tristian's chest, purring contentedly. He was definitely a lot more amicable when he was asleep, and he looked pretty peaceful.
awwwwwwww, that is adorable he smiled down at him, stroking his head gently as they walked through the forest.
He keen eye open for look out, he didn't know what was in these woods and his wasn't keen on finding out if there was something bad.
Marius curled up a little tighter in Tristian's arms, his ears twitching whenever the breeze caught them. His face and mouth were hidden at the moment, thankfully, so he didn't have to worry about Tristian seeing him. He kept the mask on all the time for a reason, after all.
He held onto him closer, making sure that he wasn't Chilled but the wind, offering as much body warmth as he could. He shivered a little himself thought he shrugged it off.
(Should we skip to the morning?)
(Hm probably)
(Aight, I'll assume that Tristian put Marius' mask back on before he woke up)
Marius stirred in the morning, grumbling softly and rubbing at his eyes. His wig was disheveled, and he still looked very sleepy and out of it. Where's Tristian? He wondered to himself, looking around for Tristian.
He came back from the wooded area, seeming to have found a small clearance his cloak on top of marius when he woke up, he couldn't help but smile at him. "Morning~"
Morning… where are we? He asked, sitting up and looking around to try and figure it out. He had no idea, though, considering he'd never been in this area before. It's not a town, clearly…
"I decided to stop and set up camp for the night, the town was farther then i thought it was, and it was already getting really late. Did you have a good sleep?"
Alright, then… and it was fine. Did you even sleep? He asked, looking up at Tristian. He pushed the cloak off of himself with a soft huff.
"Uhhh no comment?" He chuckled nervously, before just moving to grab his cloak and shake it off.
"I scouted out how far from the village we are"
Marius rolled his eyes and got to his feet, stretching. Alright, how far is it, then? And are we being followed? I don't know where they would be in the searching at this point.
"should only takes us a few hours, and it's not the guards that I'm worried about." He looked up into the trees before offering a smile to Marius.
Alright. We should probably get going. Marius started walking, adjusting his clothes a bit as he did so. If it's not the guards, what are you worried about?
"it's bandits that I'm worried about, every time i leave the castle they try and capture me for ransom, but they didn't this time." He Put a hand to his neck, before exhaling.

Well, we'll just try and avoid them, then. Marius picked up the pace a bit, weaving quietly through the trees. It'll turn out fine. We can hide from them and change our disguises if we need to.
"Yeah, Yeah your right." He still looked a bit nervous though, slightly upset. Different from how he was acting almost the whole time they had any interactions. He was worried he roped Marius into something dangerous.
What's up with you? Marius asked, looking over his shoulder with a vaguely irritated expression. Normally you never shut up, and now you've hardly said a word. Something is bothering you.
