Sylus took cover behind a shipping container and peaked around the corner then signalled her to move up

Hiro ran as fast as she could “ sylus I can't go much further.” she admitted

"just hang in there a little bit longer" he said

“ it's getting hard”

Sylus put his weapon in the sling on his back and helped her walk

Hiro kept her eyes forward, though her vision was only getting more blurry “ where's… Where's silver..”

"On that helo up ahead" he said

Hiro nodded and kept walking. “ and the team. Their okay” she kept speaking, something was up because anyone in their right mind wouldn't be talking when shot in the abdomen.

"keep quiet" he said and loaded her on to the helicopter

Hiro held her abdomen, leaning against the wall of the helo.

"They'll take care of you I'll take the next I still have to wait for Derron" Sylus said as medics surrounded her to patch her up

Hiro watched him, thankful. The adrenaline rush had worn off, every ounce of pain flooding her body.

Silver was on a tourney behind her "look what the cat dragged in" he said with a little bit of a 'thank god' tone

Hiro glanced up at him “ who said I wasn't the cat” she said weakly and smiled

"the gun wound, the bruises plus you having to be almost carried out of there" silver said

Hiro laughed a little, wincing in pain afterward. She got up and sat by silver.

"lay down and let them finish" he said

“ it's fine” she held her hand up to let them go. “ just hurts like hell..”

A helicopter flew pat them "well there the clean up crew" he said

Hero's eyes widened “ wait.. Where a sylus and his friend!?” she was working herself up.
“ ma’am calm down” one of the med techs said

"that's their ride out" silver said

Hiro sighed “ he'd better come back”

"Don't worry that helo is full of men armed with L.M.GS and juggernaut armor so they'll be ok" he said

Hiro moved to sit in silvers lap, laying her head on his chest.

Sylus was defending his position along with the heavy units "hold your position Derron we're on our way in" he said

Hiro fell asleep almost imeaditly .

Silver was watching out the side door

Hiro gripped onto silver, shivering slightly
