Raisa had gone out to the training ground and beat the shit outa few people before coming back to her dorm.

Ghost was standing in front of an open window as a breeze came through the room

Raisa ignored him and passed to her bed and started detaching buckles and releasing the armor

"sorry about earlier" he said while staring at the outside view

“ it fine.” she mumbled

"no I'm not I was careless about what I said" he said

“ you were careless about what you did too.” she added smartly.

"No I didn't see the truck bad eye remember" he said

Raisa sighed and went to ghost, hugging him only just a little tightly.

"careful" he said

“ sorry..”

"it's ok" he said

She sighed, keeping close to his warmth

"Cold?" He asked

“ Yeah, it's getting cold outside.”

"then go cover up dummy" in a playful but deep tone

“ but your right here..” she said softly

"what about it" he said

“ so your warmer and closer. Less effort”

Ghost stood up straight as an arrow and stretched his arm

Raisa moved into his lap, laying her head on his chest.

Ghost heard distant shots "Don't get comfortable yet" he said

Raisa scoffed “ fucking hell.”

"never a dull moment in the black republic huh?" He said reaching for his sniper rifle

“ yeah,” she said getting her armor back on and loading her pistol.

"im too broken to physically engage I'll provide covering fire" he said

“ I’m using dust, so it will be up to the usual main defense. I’m healer this go around”

Gut wrenching screams came across the radios "We're sur…" One soldier said before he was gunned down

“ damn it!” Raisa jumped out her window and raced to the field.

Ghost opened the balcony doors then went prone and got to work
