Hiro paced the room, minutes from a anxiety attack.

Zack sighed

Hiro finally calmed down.

Zack went into the forest

Hiro and Aven sat down and watched tv.

Zack sat in the leaves

Hiro fell asleep

Zack became one with his environment

Aven ran his fingers through the males hair. “ sleep tight love..” he mumbled

Zack stood up waiting for a threat to appear but not showing any signs of readiness

The scientist crept up on the property, dart gun in hand. “ stun him this time. We need the dragon.”

Zack smirked "I think it's my turn" he said catching all the dart's

The scientist froze “ damn you… just give us what we want!”

"your not getting him no matter the cost" Zack said

“ and why’s that. You know how much a dragons blood is on the black market. “ he laughed coldly “ I’ll give you half.

"Money for a life? Now I really pity you." Zack said putting his wrist blade on

"you may be right but…" Zack cut the scientists neck open with one clean swing "I'm his foster parent and I'd do anything to protect him" Zack said leaving the treaded blade in his neck

Hiro woke up.. feeling the death around him. “ the fuck..” he mumbled.

Zack broke the blade off in his neck and it exploded as Zack walked away "if anyone dares to come after hiro again you'll meet the same fate as he did"
