Oh man. We're looking at thousands of dollars. For steel strong enough to handle a high velocity fan, four small high velocity fans, which will be even more hard to come by bc of their size and power, then boots sturdy enough to not be ripped apart when the fans turn on. So possibly, leather integrated with woven steel. I'll probably think of more expenses later
