"Mm, yeah… " Larkin nuzzled against Samul affectionately. "When is everybody else coming out?"

"It shouldn't be long now," Samul said. He kissed Larkin's head, arm wrapped securely around Larkin. The puppy had calmed down a bit after all the playing, padding over to collapse on Samul's lap.

"Mmkay." Larkin pet Jackson quietly for a while, huddling up against Samul's side. "I love you~…"

"I love you too," Samul said, humming some. Jackson pressed up into Larkin's petting, and Samul let out a content breath as his little sister came out the door.

Larkin looked up at the sound and waved quietly before resuming his petting. "Nice to see we'll finally have some company." He laughed softly.

Samul chuckled some himself. Vanessa made her way over, getting Jackson's attention. He was up, running over to her with barking and enthusiasm, causing Samul to laugh.

Larkin shifted closer and buried his face in Samul's shoulder, content to hold tightly to him. "Mm… you're the best, love…"

Samul wrapped both arms around Larkin as the puppy went to his sister, kissing Larkin's head.
"You are too, love," he said, chuckling softly.

Larkin stuck his tongue out a bit and closed his eyes, relaxing in Samul's arms. "But you're the bestest."

"Mm, maybe," Samul said, chuckling. "But you're the bestest-bestest!"

"Noooooo…" Larkin whined softly, nuzzling into Samul's neck. "You're better than I am…"

"Nu-uh!" Samul hummed, kissing Larkin's head. "Totally you."

Larkin whined louder in protest, burying his face back in Samul's shoulder. "Noooooo… you…"

Samul laughed, pulling Larkin onto his lap and kissing the other.
"Mm… Us!" He finally conceded.

"Fiiiine…" Larkin returned the kiss and wrapped his legs around Samul's waist, humming happily.

"We're both great, but we're even greater together," Samul said softly. He hummed, scratching Larkin's back.

"Mmmm~…" Larkin arched his back against the petting, his tail wagging a bit. "Yeah, you're right~…"

Samul grinned, kissing Larkin. Vanes Vanessa giggled as she played with Jackson, Samul's mothers coming out to join them.

Larkin happily returned the kiss, huddling up more in Samul's lap. He glanced up when Samul's mothers came out and waved to them.

Samul's Mama waved in turn, Samul taking the moment to kiss Larkin's cheek and nuzzle close. His mothers only smiled at the affection, turning to kiss each other as they made their way over.

Larkin flushed a bit, but smiled and returned the affection. "You're such a sap, you know that?" He huddled closer to Samul, humming happily.

"The biggest sap," Samul agreed. He kissed Larkin again, arms held securely around him.

Larkin yawned a bit and nuzzled against Samul affectionately. "But at least you're mine…"

Samul blushed softly, hugging Larkin close.
"Damn right I am," he mumbled softly, smiling. "I love you."

"I love you too~…" Larkin murmured softly in reply. "Should we go join the group?"

"Mhm!" Samul stood, holding Larkin in his arms before gently setting him down. Vanessa looked up from playing with Jackson with a grin.

Larkin brushed off his clothes to smooth them out and stretched, smiling as he headed over to join the others.

Vanessa stood up, moving over to Larkin.
"Do you wanna play with me?"

"Sure!" Larkin smiled at Vanessa. "What do you wanna do?" He asked.

"Whiffle ball!" Vanessa grinned as she went to grab the bat and ball, Samul laughing softly.
