Skylar laughed awkwardly. "How's life been since you uh, you know, pretty much kidnapped me?" She asked, a smile playing ok her lips.

Ace waited for Peter to give his answer.

Blake couldn't listen to her answer. He couldn't handle the pause as she stared at him with a look he couldn't quite describe. Who am I? The questing lingered in the air like poison. "This has to be a lie." He hissed between clenching teeth, tears streaming down his face. "YOU'RE LYING!" He screamed in frustration. He didn't know what to do, to think, to say. No, no, no! This can't be happening. They're alive. They have to be alive. Commander wouldn't lie. He wouldn't put you through this! Would he?! No. No of course not. Right?!

Blake was furious and bitter and scared. So so scared. Who am I? The question rang through his head tauntingly. He violently shook it, trying to clear it. Dani was reaching out, she was saying something. He wanted more than anything to respond. Who am I? He bolted. Through blurry vision he staggered to the cherry red door and ran into the room. His wings were at full length now, puffed up. His muscles were tense, waiting for a threat that wasn't there. He slammed the door behind him so loud he might've broke it. Then he paced. Like a caged animal he paced the room until all he could do was cry weakly on his bed. His wings wrapped around him were his only comfort.

Blake wished Josh were here to smile at him kindly and talk about his grandmother's ramen place. He wished Macha was here to wrap an arm around his shoulder and assure him everything would be alright. He wished Peter and Skylar were there just for the sake of being in the awkward cute stage of love that made everyone around them happy. He wished Ace was here to preen his feathers and tease him. More than anything he wished he hadn't pushed Dani away. His cries were mere sniffles now. He was dehydrated and exhausted. "I'm a soldier." He muttered numbly. It had no meaning anymore. It wasn't true. It wasn't ever meant to be true. I can't believe he lied to me. He never even cared about me. Blake repeated the question ringing in his head. His voice was weak and quiet. "Who am I?"

Peter scrunched his brows together whiletrying to wrestle his wings through the zipper-slits, "Uhh, sure," he laughed, teaching his arms behind himself to try and untangle himself. "I'll say a definite yes if you help me with this suit..?" He sheepishly begged.

Macha couldnèt help but smile. "Well, I wouldn't call it kidnapping…", she grinned. "I did save your life.."
"What about you?" she asked Sky.

Ahhh poor blake! Peter would cuddle him if he wants! XD )

Ace grinned, "Sure, but if you get your feather dust on me, I'll pick up some dirt on you and tell it to Skylar."

"It's—" Peter laughed, "It's not like I try to coat everything in waterproof dust." He tilted his chin in wry amusement.

"Hold on, it's waterproof? Does that mean if I put all over me, I can go underwater and I won't be wet?" Ace picked up the shirt and jacket and unzipped the holes, waiting for Peter to take off his shirt.

He cast his short off to the side, "well, I don't know how well it works on skin, but water droplets roll right off, yeah," he replied, briefly stretching his wings as much as he could in the room. "Ohh, that's nice." He extended his arms too in a nice stretch.

Ace looked at Macha and Skylar, half expecting their faces to blush red (except Macha), "That's too bad, I could've been Aquaman." he handed Peter the black dress shirt that was supposed to go under the white jacket.

"Well, you can still try," he shrugged, folding in his wings to try and squeese into the dress shirt.
