Lata was torn between getting angry along with the others or feeling sorry that those things happened to him. Sorry that she never knew.

@Desvelarse pets

Lucy tensed at that. She never let anyone besides herself touch her book. The last person she let look at it had been Oliver, and he almost completely ruined it. Dropped it in a goddamn lake for Christsake. But she trusted Orion, he would be careful with it. She nodded and reached into her bag, hesitantly holding it out to him.

Sam calmed a little, sitting back down. Cas breathed a small sigh of relief. He didn't want Sam or Lillith burning down the forest out of sheer anger. Lillith only calmed a little. Fuming, she stomped over to the kitchen. "Give me that!" she snapped, snatching the packet of ham one of the guards was eating out of their hands and snacking on it angrily. The guard pouted before reaching into the fridge to grab what looked like raw chicken of some sort

She got up in silence and hugged him. She felt angry that anyone would do that. Why? She loved Orion as any child would love their guardian. She only felt anger. The person who did this may have been dead, but if she had the power to, she would revive them only to kill them slowly and feel their blood run through her fingers.

Orion leafed through it, starting with the dark pages. Leaving the book open on the table, the others could see the page he stopped on. A page that detailed how to remove a Guardians mark. A page with pictures with how to do so. Tone still lifeless, he speaks. "This is why I warned Lata away from the dark pages of this book. They made it for me. To detail what they did to me."

(OH GOD WAIT DID ORION KILL LUCY'S PARENTS)

@Painted-Iris group

Lata wanted to rip out the page and into a million pieces, then give it to Sam to burn to ashes. But this was Lucy's. She couldn't do that.

@Desvelarse pets

(AH I mean her mother was burned at the stake but Her father was inexistant so we could say that he did that? Cause he left Lucy’s mother while she was pregnant, but he was also a witch so maybe?)

@Desvelarse pets

“Orion, what are you talking about?” Lucy said quickly, nervousness bubbling up in her chest.

“Give me the book,” she finished with, reaching to take it from Orion.

@Desvelarse pets

(If her parents did something like that, she honestly would have never known. Her mom never exposed her to dark magic, just natural healing)

@Painted-Iris group

Lata was still hugging Orion. She remembered the purple crystal that Lucy had given her and vowed she would strengthen her magic. She wanted to be able to protect both herself and her family.

@Desvelarse pets

“What are you trying to say? Are you accusing my family of causing this?” Lucy asked, grabbing the book and holding it against her chest in a tight grip. Her family would have never hurt anyone. They were good witches.

@Ca1iCa1--Is--Tired

Orion lowers his head. "Their signatures are in the back of the book. On every page they oversaw experimentation. I am sorry, but I will not lie to a member of my families face."

@Desvelarse pets

Lucy’s jaw clenched as her nails dug into the leather cover. She looked down, a heavy, distraught frown on her face. Her parents hurt people like Orion? She didn’t know her father, so she couldn’t understand what he was like. But her mother.. She would have never. She was a sweet woman, a loving woman. She loved everyone, she would have never… She opted with saying nothing. Now this really was one of her worst days.

@_sleeby_rat_

(my dumb sleep deprived brain read 'Orion's purr is jerky' as 'Orion purrs like jerky' and I was very confused for like two whole minutes bc I'm dumb)

@Desvelarse pets

(Lmao rip)

Lucy sighed sharply, rubbing a hand over her face as she did so. She set the book down on the table, reaching out and wrapping her arms around Orion in a tight embrace. “I’m so sorry,” she murmured softly, taking a shuddering breath.
