He nodded faintly, still pressed into Victor's shoulder. "Okay." He whispered.

He kept Jared close, running a hand through the others hair. He wanted to help somehow… and maybe he could. He could definitely try. His sister was on a mission at the moment, but once she got back, he could talk to her about this… see what she had to say.

He was trembling very faintly, and he took a shaking breath. "Thank you." He whispered softly.

He nods and brushes some hair gently from Jared's face. "Of course." He murmured gently, rubbing his back. He didn't let go quite yet since the other didn't move to get out of his arms. So he held Jared gently, his gaze soft and filled with warmth.

Jared stayed pressed close, trembling faintly every now and again.

"I've got you." He murmured quietly, his chin now resting on the top of Jared's hair, his eyes soft. "You're safe here. I promise."

"Thank you." He breathed, sticking close to Victor.

Victor nods slowly and smiled softly, "Of course." He whispered, ruffling his hair gently before relaxing and pulling Jared closer as he settled into a more comfortable position on the couch.

Jared stayed cuddled up close to Victor, slowly calming down.

Victor let him stay there, keeping his hold firm but gentle around the smaller male. He played with Jared's hair or rubbed his back, trying to comfort him how he could.

He shuddered a little, staying pressed close to Victor.

Victor combed his hands through Jared's hair, keeping him tucked against his chest. He didn't like seeing Jared this upset, seeing him so torn broke something within Victor. He hummed a soft song, trying to comfort Jared somehow.

Jared was quiet, still trying to calm down.

Victor let him take as much time as he needed, kept him close and ran his hand through the other's hair. He hummed quietly, a small smile on his lips. "I've got you."

Jared took a deep breath, looking up at Victor.

Victor glances down at him and offers a small smile of assurance. "We'll figure it out, okay?" He murmured quietly, his baby blue eyes soft with assurance.

Jared nodded faintly. "Okay." He said quietly.

He nods once he had heard the other, "Is there anything I can do?" He asks softly, brushing a hand through Jared's hair.

He shook his head faintly. "Uhm…no." he replied softly.

He offers a gentle smile and nods, "Alright. If you say so." He wanted to help somehow, wanted to life the burden, help ease him.

He stayed leaning against Victor, closing his eyes for a moment tiredly.

Victor smiled softly at the sight, letting him rest. He knew that Jared needed it at the moment. He was probably exhausted from today.

Jared was starting to fall asleep, actually.

He allowed Jared to do as he pleased, keeping him curled up against his chest. Victor was a bit relieved that the other was falling asleep.

Jared eventually fell asleep, pressed up close to Victor.

Victor gently carried him to the bedroom, his eyes soft as he got Jared tucked into bed. He stayed though so that he could keep an eye on Jared.

Jared curled up on the bed. He let out a faint sound, reaching out for Victor when he felt the other man pulling away.

Victor halted the moment Jared reached out for him, his eyes softening. He settles into bed by Jared, adjusting his position and pulling Jared into his chest once again, curling over him protectively.

Jared pressed against him, subconsciously seeking warmth from Victor.

Victor held him closer, his hand cupping the back of Jared's head, fingers threading through his hair. He hummed softly as he held the male in his arms, his eyes shutting in content. This was nice…
