Hiro smiled from under the mask. “ underground race?”

“ cool, I’m going to go get my car and go to work.” She said

“ see ya.” Hiro said with a bright smile. She started walking but so only after she got a text from nefrin. ‘ hiro, you need to know that silver will be leaving for a time. ‘

Silver pulled up outside his apartment later that night and got out of his apartment

Giro had been bugged by the text all night. She felt betrayed for some reason. So she decide during work that she’d cut herself off, only opening up to nefrin.

Silver walked up to his door and then turned back to his car and got in then took off for a high rank race to get enough cash for plane tickets for all three of them

Hiros shift had ended earlier and she walked back to the garage, going inside to work of her car and adjust it to the underground racing she did.

Silver pulled up to the racing line surrounded by cars that cost hundreds upon thousands of dollars

Nefrin walked up to the house. “ hiro… “
Hiro looked up and scoffed, walking in the house and too her room.

Silver looked down as he was being made fun of because his car

Giro got ready for the race, having been in the same one as silver. She pulled up, her car seeming to fit in. The black and neon blue streaked suit comping out of her car for a moment

Silver got in his car and went to the line up and closed his eyes remembering what a friend once said "it's not about the car it's the driver"

Hiro pulled up to the line, waiting for the race to start.

Silver opened his eyes and took off at the flash of the light

Hiro took off, keeping the other competitors at bay and keeping them chasing her tail. “ come on people, you buy the cars but can’t drive them?! “ she said over the racer coms so everyone could hear.

Silver zoomed past her finishing the race with no competition on his tail

Hiro laughed to herself. She’d give one a chance to win. Pulling her pit stop hire got out her car, expecting some racers to have relized her identity by how she raced.

Silver got out claiming first taking the money and leaving to his apartment in anger and rage he almost crashed multiple times

After her car was cleared to leave hiro took the long way home. When she got home nefrin had been waiting for her. “ hiro, please tell me what’s wrong. “
Hiro almost snapped, “ what’s wrong?! Every time you come with me you get me atatched to someone and they leave. That’s what’s wrong. Forget getting hurt when I’m getting left behind anyway. “ hiro said loud enough the neighbors could probably hear.

Silver walked to hiro's garage and left two plane tickets to tokyo and then left without making a sound

Hiro went to her room slamming the door.
Nefrin sighed, going out to go lock hiro’s car she noticed the tickets. She called silver almost immediately.

Silver ignored his phone for the night

Nefrin kept trying to call him. “ damn it silver just pick up. Your the only one she’ll talk to!” She said in a voice mail.

Silver picked up his phone and called back "what"

“ look I can’t get hiro to respond. And she locked herself in her room. Your the only one who might be able to help.”

"just tell her you booked a flight with me for her" he said

“ silver she won’t listen. Just tells me to go away.”

Silver sighed "I'm on my way" he said pulling up behind her house a few minutes later
