I mean you're not wrong. As long as it is civil and no personal low blows and jabs, then it can be worked out. Dom honestly you're literally the brain cell of this thread. I ran out of books to read, so in all my wisdom, I decided to re-read Winnie-the-Pooh by A. A. Milne…I am NEVER reading that book again! It's ending was horrible! It had me almost in tears!

Ah yes. The book that brought sadness to my childhood. That also occurred when I watched the Prince of Egypt movie for the first time. Boi lemme tell you something. I'd be such a liar if I told you I didn't bawl over that movie. The opening had me crying for daaayyyyyysssss.

I loved the book, I read it over, and over and over again. It's one of my childhood books I shall keep with me for life.

The music in it is so good. The opening trupet fanfare? Gives me chills every time.

Uh no, I was talking about the Prince Of Egypt (Collectors Edition Storybook). I don’t know why I thought y’all were talking about the book, I completely forgot there was a movie. facepalm great, now I sound like a dolt.

Anyway, yeah, the movie and it’s music is excellent!

so, during my stay in the basement, i went upstairs to make breakfast and my mom came out of her room (on her way downstairs so she can get in the garage and head to work) and this conversation happened;

me: "are you going to work now, mom?"
mom: "yeah"
me: "have a nice day at work"

lol it feels like that at times but since i'm waiting for my covid test results i have to stay in the basement because my grandma lives with us (well, we actually live with her lmao) and she's like 84 or 85 so we're playing it safe until we know for sure if i have covid or not-

yeah, i mean, the basement is better than my upstairs room tho ngl
i have a tv down here with the internet hooked up to it, and in my room i legit don't even have a tv
plus i got to sleep with my chonky blanket while lo-fi was playing in the background and it was a really nice atmosphere
