"Yea, not an early bird," He said with a slight laugh.

“I’m the complete opposite! I get up early, but I get very sleepy when it gets late. I fall asleep very easily,” Rose said as he hugged himself with his arms again.

"How is that even possible?! I swear to god I hate mornings!"He said in a playful manner, while his arms were doing random stuff.

Rose gave a soft giggle at Leon’s words and shrugged. “I like being up to see the sunrise!”

"The sunset is much better!"He said while jokingly crossing his arms.

“The sunset is pretty, but I like the sunrises’ warm colors better,” Rose defended with a smile.

"Oh come on, they're both practically the same."He moaned like a little child.

“Not completely!” Rose responded with a bit of laughter.

"Fine then, name the differences!"He said while smirking.

“Uh- Well, sunrises are usually brighter in the sky, I think, because the sun is coming up. And they are different color tones most of the time, warm and cool shades,” Rose said, struggling to think of differences.

"See! you can't think of differences!" he said with a victorious smirk.

“I don’t study that sort of thing, I don’t know much!” Rose exclaimed in a squeaky tone.

"Who would study that type of stuff?"He said now curious(IM SORRY I LEFT IN THE MIDDLE, FORGIVE ME)

Rose bit his lower lip in thought before shrugging. “I don’t exactly know, but I’m sure there’s a profession out there,” he said.

"There is?"He said while raising his eyebrows.

“I’m just guessing. There’s something for everyone these days,” Rose said, running a hand through his white hair.

"True that."He looked around, bored.

When the silence came, Rose began to feel uncomortable and self conscious. He quickened his pace until they got to the park area. He adjusted his sweater so his hands were partly covered for warmth and walked along the path till he reached a more secluded area, it being a few large trees around a clear lake. “This is probably my favorite spot,” Rose spoke up, seeming more timid and anxious now.

Leon looked around when Rose said,"This is probably my favorite spot," and nodded his head while taking in his surroundings,"Indeed, it's very pretty here."

Rose nodded his head, scratching at the back of his neck before speaking up in a hesitant tone. “Am I making you uninterested?” He suddenly blurted out.

He looked at Rose,"Are you kidding me? You are like the most interesting person I've ever met!"

Rose’s cheeks flushed with a bit of embarrassment. “I just thought you seemed kind of quiet.. But if you’re always like that then I’m sorry if that came off as offensive,” he said in a quick tone, not quite meeting Leon’s gaze.

"Oh, sorry about that," He looked away while scratching the back of his neck.

“No!” Rose quickly stammered before lowering his voice. “It’s okay.”

"No, it was my fault that I seemed quiet," He looked at Rose, then back at the ground," Sorry about that again."
