Tang follows them by hopping trees. "Flying over these would faster but I must keep within their pace", he thought to himself.

"What happens if we don't find any signs of civilization? I mean, I'm sure we'll be able to sleep out here for a night or maybe two, but no more than that."
"Well, we'll make one, then. It's a forest, there's tons of wood we can use. We'll make do with what we have." Franziska replied, glancing over her shoulder. She honestly didn't expect them to follow, but you can't complain about help, can you…?
She looked at them again.
Yeah, you can.
Miriam was collecting sticks that had fallen on the ground around her area. She had picked up a surprising amount in a short amount of time. Of course she did, her father was an elf she spent every other weekend in the forest for years. She walked towards where the others were, "Hope this helps," she said placing the sticks and branches in Franziska's arms.
Tang stood on a branch and looked to the sky.
(Sorry for not replying yesterday, I wasn't feeling my best. I'll reply asap!)
The prosecutor looked at the sticks, then to Miriam with slight bewilderment. "Where did you get these??" She asked as she tied them up with her whip.
"Over there I spend every other weekend living in the woods I know how to find fire wood." Miriam responded proud of herself.
“I see…” Franziska replied, not making eye contact as she swung the bundle of sticks over her shoulder. It had been three hours since they started walking, and even in heels, this woman didn't show any sign of stopping. Luckily, they seemed a little over half of the way there.
(Hello?)
(Hi)
(Bonjour)
(i honestly don't know what to reply lol)
(Maybe we can do a complete time skip, so they're at the forest, and they talk about their life or something while setting up camp. Maybe it will go into a fight, or angst, or they meet a local?)
(Ok sorry for not replying sooner I had a track meet yesterday so i was busy that sounds like a good idea)
(Sounds like a plan)
(i like that idea)
(Okay who's gonna start said time skip?)
(not me. i'm not good at starting rps)
(Me either really sorry)
After what felt like forever, but was really just two hours, the group had finally, finally reached the forest. It was getting cold, and the sun was continuing its descent towards the horizon. Franziska looked around as she swung the sticks back over her shoulder, and onto the ground. "Alright. I'm sure all of you can find a use for yourselves, go find food, or shelter, or whatever you think will help." She said, waving her hand dismissively.
(It finally sent, thank god)
(Nah it's fine)
Miriam sprang up and gathered wild berries she recognized and kept away from the ones she didn't. She knew what every single edible wild berry from her world looked like but some of those said berries are not in this world. "Here these Berries I recognized as edible, normally in this climate and at this time of year you could find Evertart berries but they must not exist here."
Hildegard went through the forest, picking up some edible herbs and steering clear from the more poisonous herbs. By the time she was done picking the herbs, she had clovers, dandelions, nettle, elderberries, purslane, wood sorrel, and some other plants in a small wicker basket she had conjured. She paused and wondered if there was a way for her to hunt some small game. She went back to where the pieces of wood were and placed the basket near it. "Edible plants," was all Hildegard said before she disappeared into the forest once again.
"Good. Good." Franziska nodded, setting up the starts of a controlled fire, clearing leaves, adding rocks, all that stuff, all the while muttering to herself about "Foolish fools." Which was possibly a fake argument. I suppose she has to entertain herself somehow, even though most people would just hum a song, but not Franziska von Karma.
(Sorry for taking a literal month to respond-)
(Nah it's fine)
Miriam came over toward Franziska. "Do you need any help?" She asked kneeling down next to her.
"No. I can do this myself." She huffed, only giving Miriam an aggressive glance. Clearly, the prosecutor was offended by the offer of help. "I am a von Karma. Everything we do, we do perfectly."
Enzo still doesn’t know what’s going on and is to scared to ask.
"Well that sounds like a sad way to live," Miriam noted after hearing what the other girl said.
Franziska scoffed, looking the elf up and down with a scowl. "I doubt you'd understand what independence looks like. I see nothing 'sad' about doing things yourself."
