"I had to to survive."

"Tell me this story." She dragged him back inside and they sat on the couch.

"Okay, so I was about to die of thirst, but there was a deer in the area. And the nearest water supply was about a mile away… So i drank the deer's piss."

"How did you get it in the first place?"

"I had a cup."

"You just happened to have a cup."

"You think I'm lying??"

"You're stuck out in the middle of nowhere and you just happened to have a cup?" She started giggling.

"I ain't lying…"

She giggled and leaned against his chest, wiping tears from her eyes. "I know you're not."

He kissed her.
"I love you…" Btw The ring was hella expensive

Nyx looked at the ring and started tearing up again. This is happening.
"It's beautiful, Voz."

"Thanks… It's made from only the finest metals and gems."

She smiled and wrapped an arm around him. "How long have you been planning this?"

"… Since you kissed me the first time…"

"Really? You've known that long?" She flashed back to their first kiss, her crying on the couch, arms, eyes, hands, touch.
