(Ooh wait now I came up with an Idea for a classic lit based thing that I want to use Sora and Hurricane for, who shall I drag into it for? It's like, a film noir detective themed thing, but a bit less dark and gritty since I love me some "humor that caters to me specifically" thrown about in there. But also, there's magic. Among other things.)

(I might also rope in some folklore and mythology for the peeps who know more about that genre.)

(Honestly considering that Starlight's Victor was over 50, it's pretty reasonable that he'd see just how intense it'd get and drop it.)

(Well, uh… I can see a few ways of doing that. One, Victor just straight up quits. He could just refuse to continue the project, for reasons of health or otherwise. Eden seems fairly loyal, I bet they would follow along with whatever Victor did even if it wasn't in their best interest to do so. Two… actually that was my only idea sorry.)

(The first "mission" bit could sort of fall apart, maybe he or Eden get injured and so they both drop out of the mission to recover?)

(Oh wait, sickle cell anemia does heighten your risk for leukemia, maybe Victor's health could fail and Eden would force the two of them to drop out?)
