I recognize the character, but unfortunately, I have not watched One Piece, so I can't really say too much on that. I'm sure she's smart. And I agree, she's pretty.

(Also hi, I'm still alive. Turned out it was just some interesting character with a shotgun who said he was trying to shoot coyotes when the police came. So that was fun, but ye it's chill now)
