"Nyx… guess what?" He said, liking his evil plan

"Mm?" She looked up. "Oh, the pyramids were great."

"Guess what?" He asked, smirking

"I can't imagine," she said dryly. Guess what was a loaded question to her, especially having grown up with Seven.

"I'm taking a 100 dollars away from them every 10 seconds. in 16.66666 minutes, the million dollars will be gone!! I'm so evil!"

Nyx snorted. "That's your idea of evil? I think Beckett will notice that the cash supplies are disappearing, by the way."

"Oh, no no no. I could do much worse… but i'm not gonna! Besides, who cares? not me, that's for damn sure." he chuckled

Nyx raised her eyebrows, grabbed a blanket, and curled up underneath it. "What are we going to do, then, before Beckett comes back here and is even more angry with you?"

"Oh, like he's even gonna be able to hurt me…" He said, egoistic

Nyx, a bit tired of the cockiness, yawned. "Is there anything else to do in this giant house of yours?"

"There's video games…" He said.

"Which ones?"

"All of the good ones."

"Wii Sports Resort?"

"Yes!!"

The cast was irritating, but he could make due. It went from his knuckles to nearly his elbow, and it was inconvenient as all hell. No sling or anything either, so he had to carry the extra weight at his side. Beckett found it a bit exciting though. He'd never broken a bone before–the closest he'd come was bruising some ribs during his one-game stint as pitcher–and so this was some sort of twisted milestone, he supposed.

"Well, can we play it, then?"

"Among other games…"

"and yes!!"

"Well, let's play it, then."

Nyx made herself a Mii and selected Wii Sports Resort; the home screen opened. "What should we play first?"

"The sword fight! I'm always good at that!" He could beat matt if he wanted to.
