"Stop!" Mashka cried, collapsing against the edge of the table. She was trembling like sagebrush in a heavy wind. "Stop it. Please." Tears leaked out of her eyes.
Rain started pattering the roof, and from somewhere distant, there was a clap of thunder.

"How–what do you humans say?–edgy of you," Oleander said with an eyeroll. "I suppose you think you're clever, don't you? Making a horribly overused joke?"
He gripped the hilt of his sword–leather shot through with silver thread–and stepped forward, mentally lining up his strike.

"Who said I was human, idiot?" She kicked him in the balls.
"Now, Listen to Mashka, and let's stop."

@evastardust groupRRAAAARRL

Oleander dodged her kick and brought his sword up, pointing the tip at her.
"Don't move, or I slice through your neck like it's water," he warned. "Why should I have to listen to someone stopping a fight that I didn't even start? And darling, if you think you're a challenge for me, you're sorely mistaken. Everything I'm doing? That is but a drop of my powers. I urge you not to test them further."

"You remind me of my father." She stated, "Pigheaded and Stubborn."

@murphysgirl

Mashka, unable to take it anymore, fled into the living room and hid under a blanket. Outside, the rain fell harder; the thunder grew louder and more frequent. A wind began to gnaw at the house.

"とにかく、キョウチクトウ。." She said, just to piss him off.
(I used google translate)
"So, shall we stop? Because this is going nowhere."

@evastardust groupRRAAAARRL

Oleander leveled his sword at Britney's neck, and swung. Her head fell to the ground.
"Well," he said softly, "I think that went somewhere. Now, would anyone like some wine? It'd be on me."

Deleted user

"Really?" She said, coming back to life.
(That's not her power, that's the house's.)
"How original."

“I’d be pleased for some wine,” Gatzi said, lowering her hand with a faint hint of a smile. The fighting was over; alas it was a situation that could’ve been avoided, Gatzi thought afterwards.

(See: "Oh, and when you kill someone, they just come back to life." It's at the very beginning of this group roleplay)

@evastardust groupRRAAAARRL

"A shame I couldn't kill you permanently," Oleander drawled. "I suppose you'll just have to accept that you lost, then."
Oleander poured Gatzi a glass of wine.
"Bottoms up," he smirked, and took a sip of his own.

"I am not as stubborn as my father, so I will take this defeat graciously." She bowed respectfully.

@evastardust groupRRAAAARRL

Oleander did not return the bow, opting to glance coldly at the girl instead.
"Yes, well, anyways," he said, turning away from her. "Do we have any idea how or why we ended up in this damned house in the first place?"

Deleted user

"Not a clue…" Allison said, limping.
"Please, kill me…" She panted

@murphysgirl

Mashka, tired and worn out, curled up under her blanket and fell asleep. Outside, the rain and the wind slowed down until they both stopped. The mist in the living room, however, did not dissipate, leaking tendrils into the kitchen.

@Mojack group

Gatzi sipped her wine. “No clue, really. I thought it was one of my own, bold enough to teleport me here, but I came to the conclusion long ago that it was not the right answer.”

Vozreal went to take a bath.
"Can I have a glass of wine?" Britney asked Oleander

@evastardust groupRRAAAARRL

Oleander ignored the girl, and took a swig of wine straight from the bottle.
"I wondered for a moment if I had somehow stumbled into a faery circle, but that doesn't seem to be it either," he said to Gatzi. "So that's two theories we can rule out, I suppose."

Britney looked in the fridge and got some firewhiskey.
She drank it from the bottle.

((wtf i just left for a walk))

Tess watched the whole… situation… from her post against the wall, neither stepping in or taking any sides. These people, even if she were stuck with them, meant nothing to her. They could hash out their differences among themselves with her interference. Curiously, she watched as Britney got her head chopped off, then came back to life. Noted power of the house, not that I'll need it. She strode over to Oleander and swiped the bottle from him with a quirk of her lip. "I need a drink. You're all worse than my usual company."

@evastardust groupRRAAAARRL

"Help yourself," Oleander said dryly. "Be careful, though, it's faery wine. Stronger than your mortal stuff."
It was thicker, too, with an almost syrupy texture. It was made with the fruits that grew in the Woods, when faeries were brave enough to travel in.
