I think it's really cool! The hand does look a bit… backwards, though…
I believe his hand is backwards, so that might be what's bothering you
Oh yeah definitely backwards but the physics of the cig smoke is beautiful
I would either trace over the hand in a new layer and swap the fingers/thumb, or redraw the arm so the wrist connects to the other arm, which ever you are more comfortable with drawing.
The colors and mood is very nice tho!
I was gonna say easy fix since you are on digital but I'm a traditional artist and I didn't want to assume so idfk
