Laughter seems to echo from around the walls. "No, no." Some of the smoke clears, and it reveals a tall man in a suit sitting on a throne. He holds a long pipe in his hand and takes a long drag from it, blowing more of the strange smoke into the air. He grins a sly, toothy grin, and his voice seems to go straight to the soul. "So, you're my hire?"

"Seems so. You're the god, or whatever? Kinda expected something a bit more flashy, but okay. What exactly do you need?"
(Yo you're alive) The god chuckled. "Oh, I'd be careful if I were you." He seems to melt into the throne he was sitting on and reappears right in front of Mike's face. "It'd be a shame if the little mortal who's been killing my demons had an accident."
Mike raises an eyebrow. "Sure would be. So sorry to offend, your lordship."
