“Lestrade?”

"What do you mean?" Sherlock asked.

“Have you called him yet?”

"Texted. It's faster."

“Oh, right yeah.”

"Want to head out? We haven't any time to lose!" Sherlock said, forgetting that he was still in his bathrobe.

“Sherlock, proper clothes, please.” John said grabbing his coat

"Oh, right." Sherlock pulled on a long coat, and ran outside, barefoot and still in the robe.

“SHERLOCK!” John called and dragged him back inside, “Put some normal clothes on, and shoes.”

"But why Jawn?" Sherlock pleaded.

“Come on, we don’t want you getting a cold. The quicker you are, the quicker you can get to the murder.” John was basically pushing him to his room now.

"Let me solve crimes Jawn!"

“Clothes then crime!”

"Fine….." Sherlock submitted, and not thirty seconds later he was dressed.

“There, that wasn’t to hard now, was it?” John had a smug grin on his face

"Let's go. Come on John." Sherlock huffed.

John grinned widely and followed Sherlock out the flat.

Sherlock waved to a cab and a few minutes later they were at the scene. Lestrade wasn't there but Sergeant Donovan was.

“Ah, Donovan. How’s it going?”

Sherlock let a small groan escape his mouth. He was always in battle with Donovan, it was always so tiresome.

“Fine, thank-you Watson,” He glared at Sherlock, “Don’t suppose it was you that did it Sherlock? We never know what stunts you might pull.”

"Of course it wasn't me, I'm a high functioning sociopath. Not a killer."

“Whatever you say.” Donovan said

"John, come on. Let's go see the body." He huffed.
