Melissa nuzzled up against him, pulling him even closer. "Mm, I'm sorry to say it's not…"

"But that means I gotta stay up longer or I'll wake up at like, two am…" Lucas whined.

“I know… I know.” Melissa sighed weakly, resting her head on his chest. “You want me to keep you up, by playing something? Or we can go back to school work?”

"Don't wanna do schoolwork… we can do anything else, though." Lucas sighed softly.

Melissa nodded, kissing the top of his head. "M'kay… we can do whatever." She hummed softly. "Anything you wanna do."

"Mmm…" Lucas returned the kiss and clung tighter to Melissa. "I dunno, Mel…"

"Mm, you wanna turn a movie on? Let it distract you?" Melissa offered softly, kissing the top of his head again.

"Sure…" Lucas sighed softly. "Any movie is fine with me… maybe not horror, though."

"Mm, I'm not a fan of horror movies, anyways." Melissa nodded, starting to pull back from him. "Let me set things up so we can see the TV."

Lucas curled up a bit when Melissa pulled away from him, fidgeting with the blankets a bit.

Melissa set up the blankets, and grabbed a remote before sitting down with him. "Alright, any suggestions?"

Lucas shrugged a bit. "Disney, maybe…? I dunno… whatever you like is fine…"

Melissa nodded, scrolling through some movies. "Mm… what about Aladdin?" She offered, laying down besides him.

"Sure, sounds good to me." Lucas kissed Melissa softly and huddled up with her.

Melissa nodded, hitting play as she lay down with him. She snuggled up against him, head resting on his shoulder.

Lucas looked up at the screen and watched quietly, sticking close to Melissa.

Melissa pulled him closer, rubbing his arm gently. "I love you…" She whispered.

"I love you too, Mel…" Lucas rested his head on Melissa's shoulder, smiling weakly.

Melissa leaned into him, kissing him a couple times more. "Mm…" She hummed softly, snuggling up even closer as the movie played.

Lucas nuzzled against Melissa affectionately, trying his best to keep his eyes open. "You're the best…"

"Mm… no you…" Melissa hummed softly, burying her face in his shoulder.

"Mmmmm…" Lucas kissed Melissa's cheek. "Noooo… you."

Melissa flushed as she tried to stifle a laugh. Nuzzling up even closer, she whined quietly. "Luuu…."

"Mellll~…" Lucas pulled Melissa closer, smiling softly at her. "You're the best."

Melissa whined more, holding onto him tighter. "Noooo… I'm not…" She huffed.

"Yeeees, you are~" Lucas smiled a bit brighter. "I think so, anyway, and isn't that what matters?"

Melissa huffed again, looking up at him. "Mm… yeah…" She mumbled under her breath, glancing at her feet.

"Glad we can agree on it, love." Lucas kissed Melissa and held her close to himself. "Love you~"

"Love you, too." Melissa mumbled, still pouting just a little. "Even if you disagree with me."

Lucas nuzzled against Melissa a bit, humming happily to himself. "That's good to hear…"
