Fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen…
Noel’s muscles shook under the strain. She tried to remember to breathe, focusing more on her position and keeping her gut from sinking.
Twenty-one, twenty-two, twenty-three, twenty-four…
Alister’s body sagged. Though he tried to bring it up, he was starting to tire. The sound of his own rhythmic breaths filled his ears as he counted.
… twenty-eight, twenty-nine, thirty.
“Okay, we’re done,” Alister breathed.
There was a collective sigh as they relaxed, just laying there in the grass. He could feel his back and armpits were damp.
He licked his lips. “Okay, ten mandatory push-ups.”
“Fine.” His sister’s voice was slightly ragged.
They pulled themselves up again, planting their hands on the ground and doing push-ups at their own pace.

Evan shook his head, he needed to get back to his workouts.
He just well decides to see what they do and ya know, mimic them because he wants something new, a new pattern to work out with.
So he does what they do based off of seeing them a and not hearing them.

When they were done, they sat and started doing more deep breaths. Alister noticed Evan had been mimicking them, and trying to ignore his bare chest, he grinned. He had planned to practice using their abilities after this, but he wondered if they should keep exercising, so they could do it together.

"She said somethings that were partly true." She sighed, holding his hand gently in hers. She looked at there two hands together, giving it a gentle squeeze.
"I told her she was wrong, and she wants me to admit she was right." she out another hand on her neck.
