(Aww. Anyway, it’s fine, I’ll just do a mini time skip. Also, imma describe their surroundings, but I can change some details if you want @Story_Creator)

Alister had brought them to the ground again. They lay a few yards away from the temple, resting a bit. His eyes turned to the sky, spangled with stars, the sound of their breathing and crickets chirping filling his ears.
Around them, the pine forest seemed to grow around Darkness’ temple like a cloak, descending down the slope on either side of them. If you looked closely, you could see the tiny lights of fireflies and lightning bugs flashing around them. An owl hooted somewhere nearby.
Alister’s eyed fluttered. He probably shouldn’t fall asleep again…

Evan sat next to Alister slightly leaning his head on alister's shoulder and glancing around.

Noel stared at the sky. For some reason, when she got tired and finally was in a position to sleep, she would suddenly feel restless.
Then a thought came to her. She tapped her brother’s shoulder.
“Hey, Ali. We probably shouldn’t fall asleep again, y’know? So can we, um, I dunno…” she fumbled with her words. “We could, like, practice flying maybe…”
“Practice using our powers?” Alister forced his eyelids to stay open, turning to her. “That’s a good idea.”
“Yeah, yeah.” She sat up.
“You wanna join us, Evan?” He turned to him, only slightly sad that he wouldn’t be leaning on his shoulder anymore.

Evan let out a yawn, forcing his eyes open when he noticed alister turn his face towards him.
"i don't know, I don't have as straight forward practicing as yours."
He also was kinda sad, he was going to miss leaning against his shoulder.
he reached a hand up to rub his eyes.

“True,” he sat up as well. “Are your powers still gone? Just to make sure.”
Noel stood and started stretching her arms and legs.

"I think so, I don't know if they will come back for a while now." He sighed, turning to look away.

“That’s okay. I have an idea.” He stood, offering his hand to help Evan up. “Let’s do what El’s doing. Do some stretches, then some exercises. Then me and El will practice our powers. You can watch us, or you can sleep, if you want.”
“Aww, exercise? I just wanted to stretch,” His sister moaned, putting her hands behind her neck and tilting her head back.
“C’mon, we’re gonna need it.” his eyes flicked to her. The idea of moving energized him, managing to chase away some of his sleepiness.

He took the hand smiling at Alister.
"Excersies sound like a good idea." He stood up and started stretching before going into excersies.
He did some crunches, some pushups.

He returned the smile, then went over to Noel, assuming Evan was going to do his own thing.
She was bent backward, slumping apathetically, her arms extended. Alister chuckled.
“The usual?”
“Sure,” she straightened and hopped a little, trying to wake up her body. Then she took off her sweatshirt, revealing a pastel yellow tee underneath.
He nodded. “Nice. Wish I had some gym clothes with me, haha.”
She smirked. “Take your flannel-“
“No.” He stared at her, annoyed. “It’s fine. Let’s just get going.”
They crossed one arm over their chests, using the other to pull it at the elbow. After about thirty seconds, they switched arms.

"Im sorry, by the way." She mumbled into his chest, before looking up at him. "Well we might need to find darkness, i don't know where but maybe if we go back to the group and discuss…" SHe sighed. "I don't rally have a solid plan of action." She felt like crumbling again, what a mess.

Ignis looked at her and smiled, "You can summon her. She is a spirit within you. However we must go back anyhow. I'm sure the others are bored out of their minds."

Evan inded did his wn thing, but with his hearing lost he forgot they were there and he took off his shirt.
He was pretty toned ngl, not as toned as a jock might be but he wasn't lacking in any areas.

she looked at his smile, always amazed at how he found it in him to almost always be smiling. she knew e wasn't always happy, but most of the time he was and that concept was still so unfamiliar to her.
"Ah, Right." she didnt know whether to reach out now or whether to wait until after.
she stried to reach out.

she sighed. great.

Ignis flinched, "I could…hear her…I didn't understand it but I heard her…" His heart slowed and his body produced a warm heat, "I haven't heard her voice in thousands of…well I guess I never have."

"Yeah, ignatius hasnt heard her voice in thousands of years i bet." she winced a little bit that he could hear there conversation.
"Well shes just talking about what happened at the door, she wants me to admit shes right." she sighed.

After stretching their arms, Alister said, “Okay, reach as high as you can…”
They got on their tip toes, Noel letting out a satisfied grunt and Alister feeling his spine pop. His eyes trailed over to Evan, and a strange feeling came over him as his arms rested above his head.
It took him a moment to register Noel poking him in the ribs, a knowing smile on her face.
“A-ah, right,” he flustered, lowering his arms and relaxing. “Go as low as you can go…”
He planted his fingertips on his toes, the muscles around his knees beginning to strain. It was quite a relief to only be able to see the grass now. After twenty seconds, the siblings rose.
They shared a look. “Jumping jack contest! Go!” He grinned. Immediately they began doing jumping jacks.

Evan continued doing stretches, He got down and started doing pushups for a while, being doing sit ups and then going into a some squats, he looked like he was deep focus but really on his inside he felt really embarrassed that he forgot they were there and took off his shirt.
He just let be as he moved on stretching out his legs and arms.

After about 25 jumping jacks, Noel slowed, moaning, “I yield.”
Alister did about five more jumping jacks, then he slowed as well. “Okay, breathe through your nose and out your mouth.”
The soft sound of inhalation combined with the sweet night air soothing where their muscles already ached, making the siblings hungry for more. He could sense the oxygen traveling into his lungs and throughout his body, into his bloodstream. It felt almost purifying.
After about a minute, he murmured, “You feel that?”
His sister nodded.
“Good. Okay, pushups, planks, or squats?”
“Planks.”
“One minute or thirty seconds?”
“Thirty seconds?”
A small grin. “Sure, haha.”
They got down on their hands and knees, then flattening out on their stomachs. Though the grass poked into their skin, it was soft.
“Ok, I’ll count. Begin.”
They pulled their elbows under them and held their torsos above the ground, their eyes firmly on the grass beneath them.
One, two, three, four…

He took a small break, noticing the siblings talking to each other and he smiled.
They seemed so close, made him wish for a sibling like that.
which made his thoughts drift back to Kali.
He wanted to ask his real biological dad if he really was both of there dads.
Unfortunately he didnt have contact with him anymore, and he felt weird asking his fotsers about his dad and mom.
He honestly hoped it was true.

Ignis lifts her hand and holds it gently. The feeling of the shared elements gave made time appear to slow. Ignis looked into her eyes, his heart beat calmed, "Right about what?"

"She said somethings that were partly true." She sighed, holding his hand gently in hers. She looked at there two hands together, giving it a gentle squeeze.
"I told her she was wrong, and she wants me to admit she was right." she out another hand on her neck.
