Can I just add something really quick? An aesthetic you might like. I like history, and bards in medieval times (I know you're going for more regency but still) apparently wore cloaks made from either the actual skin and feathers of dead birds or just the feathers, sewn onto the material the cloak was made out of. It's just an idea, but feather-adorned fashion could potentially be something you could add. IDK. Just my 2 cents.

I feel that. My tribe names are kinda meh since they started out as tasteless common fantasy races. Now they are all wonderful, but anyone will figure it out easily.
