Ignis trample backwards but didn't fall, "No I am not. I don't expect you to bitch out why the hell do you think I am?"

she shoved him again, harder then last time trying to catch him off guard. she knows that wasn't just a flicker, or at least she thinks it wasn't. "You have been at this longer then i have, your probably still hurt from the battle with arcanis heck have you eventaken a break since then? you need to take some time even if your not hurt you are not invincible."

"Neither are you," Ignis remained stiff, "Neither is Amara. Neither are any of those scouts. You think I need rest? You just out of bed with an unhealed wound and you're giving me orders? No! I respect that you think you're some unstoppable badass but frankly I don't care. You almost died on my watch, Kali! By MY hands! You think I'm just gonna let someone go through that?"

On his left peck of his chest, a sigil formed, shining through the shirt lighting up the scars as well. A loud roar that echoed throughout the forest. His eyes turned gold as well as Kali's. Ignis looks up to the distance, "They're here…"

okay so gold eyes means the creature is speaking or sigil does? sorry lol i jus don't want to type anything incorrectly.)

"Yes i think you need rest! I know I'm not invincible, do you ignis? because yousure arent acting like it! i know your holding back something and will never tell me what it is which is why I'm asking you to take a break for at least a few hours! spend time with your girlfriend while you still can." she had an empty laugh at his unhealed wound comment "You know how many unhealed wounds i walked around with because of my step dad?! you know much i don't care if its un healed or healed or if it gets busted open?!" she noticed the sigil light up showing his scars as well. "It won happen again ignis, i got through to you once i can do it again plus if something happens i can just heal myself. you need to stop letting your demons holding you back, sop letting the fear of hurting someone keep you distracted and vulnerable." she turned to look for the source of the large roar.

Ignis was trembling, still staying upright, "It isn't my demons that hold me back, it's the other way around. It is my fear of hurting innocents that keeps me from being a fucking Shadow! You feel the victim, I feel the monster. I look a my hands and see the countless soul cower in fear. I see you and remember how you were afraid to die. It wasn't you who snapped me back, it was I vow I made. I am not invincible. But I can heal. I can fight."

As the dragon flew overhead, Ignis's sigil fades and he felt a huge amount of relief. Amara stood in fascination. Ignis looked up and saw it fly over, "I didn't call you…"

"for a brief moment i wanted to die figured you guys would be better off without me bothering you with my issues and crap, then i realized i still had something to give you. the only reason ii wanted to live was because of you. I'm not and wasn't afraid to die." she etched, "glad to know i only provided a wake up call maybe next time transform into a demon you can call me. at least i will be doing something helpful. i saw your scars, you have suffered a lot…I'm just worried you'll overwork yourself." she didn't know why she was so upset but she was so frustrated. she turned back to looking out and seeing the dragon. "Was it just yours? i thought you couldn't call it?"

she saw his trembling, his shaking but staying upright, she wanted to embrace him, take away his fears and his doubts in himself. Take away all the bad and return that smile he once had to his face. she held back, for reasons unknown to even herself.

Ignis froze as his very veins lit up. The dragon descended and wrapped it's wing around Ignis. Ignis could feel his darkness leave him. After a bright flash of light under the wing, Ignis was revealed. He had a serious look about him as he conjured a flaming long blade sword. His eyes on fire and a crown symbol on his head. It all vanishes after a few minutes, "Her name is Angel. She is the Dragon of Ignatius. She is my Guardian."

"….nice." she watched this whole display not knowing what to really say, it looked like the dragon had helped him at the very least. she waved at the dragon. "Hey angel." she looked around for herguardian kinda impaitent.

Ignis spoke out to Kali, "Hello, Kali." Ignis's eyes return to red. He turned to Angel and gazed at her in amazement, "She…cured me?"

The dragon nodded, It is an old magic. One that only Guardians can use. Ignis didn't really care. He turned to Kali, his eyes set on fire, "I think I can handle myself quite well now."

Alister skipped down the sidewalk, Noel hot on his heels. They often did this when Alister found some time where he wasn’t working. It was like racing, but they were skipping instead of running. Uncontrollable giggles burst from the siblings’ lips as they tore down the sidewalk, the forest on their left and the local park on their right.
They shared nearly the same shade of mahogany colored hair, grey eyes, and caramel colored skin, though Alister’s was splashed with freckles. His hair was of medium length, spiky with braids and beads weaved in. Noel wore hers in one braid that ended at the bottom of her shoulder blades. Alister wore dark flannel shirt with light-colored jeans that looked old and worn. Noel’s long hoodie flew around her as she skipped, her black leggings a mostly distinguishable blur.
They seemed to glide as they moved, their bodies light and lean. Noel gained on Alister, but he twitched the heel of his foot, pulling the air around it and giving it an extra push as it connected with the cement. The gap between the siblings widened again. Eventually, the sidewalk crumbled away with the forest and strange individuals ahead of them, and Alister skidded to a stop, gasping, “I win again!”
Noel slowed, hiccuping and giggling, but it stopped as a roar tore through the air. “Aww no f- woah! Ali, did you hear that?”
Alister eyes were already pointed to the sky, wide in disbelief. The siblings watched as the creature descended many yards ahead of them.
“You thinking what I’m thinking?” He asked her.
“Race you!” And they raced toward the dragon.

"sup." she said to angel before turning to ignis."oh? and what did she cure you from hm?" she stared him down. "i still stand by what i said earlier."

Thumping could be heard from deeper into the woods, shaking the ground a little bit and kali wobbled a little bit.

Ignis looked down, still trying to learn how it was possible, "My darkness." He looked up as he saw Amara by the car. He looked pass the car and saw two civilians standing. Ignis smiled and nodded to a scout and whispered as he pointed at them, "Right away, sir!"

Ignis motioned the two to draw closer…

"how?…." she looked at angel before noticing ignis drawing the two kids closer. "you might as well be driving a white van with free candy painted on the sign." she muttered.

The earth shaking was getting worse, kali ended up stumbling and falling onto ignis.

It was a sight. The dragon at the man’s side stood regally, ancient and knowing. The man himself had the strangest of eyes, they flickered with knowledge and… something else.
A shudder passed through Alister. “Noel, take my hand.”
Normally, she would’ve protested, but the scene before them seemed to make her happy to oblige.
He took a few steps closer, unsure why he was even doing so.

Ignis's eye return to normal. He looks at Kali, "If you saw something you didn't know existed, why miss the opportunity to observe up close? Besides, They're going to become more excited when you're friend arrives." He could feel the vibrations in his feet.

She quickly got back up, pushing herself off of him only to stumble backwards and fall backwards. "Of all the-" A giant hellhound burst through the trees and ran for kali, the ground shook where they ran.

Alister could feel them as well. He leaned down and whispered to his sister, “If we need to, we can just fly away when they aren’t looking.”
Noel nodded. “Should we go over there though?”
Alister paused for a moment. “Uhhhhhhh, let’s not. Maybe I could…” he raised his voice a little. “What do you want from us, sir? Um, you have a very nice dragon… thing. And woah! A very nice… dog too ma’am.” He just realized she was there.
Noel rubbed the bridge of her nose in exasperation.
