Nik glared at him. "I don't know, cause you're such a decent fucking person?" He snapped in a sarcastic tone.
Nik glared at him. "I don't know, cause you're such a decent fucking person?" He snapped in a sarcastic tone.
Derlik snorted.
"Damn, I've never been mistaken for one of those."
He rolled his eyes. "Obviously."
Derlik smirked a bit.
"I mean, I could always try."
"Yeah, right." He shook his head a little bit.
"I see no point in it, though. It's no fun." Derlik wrapped his arms around Nik's waist.
Nik stiffened, taking in a faint breath.
"What's wrong~?" Derlik purred softly into Nik's ear.
"Let go." he said, voice tight.
(gtg soon i think, sorry)
(oh, okie!)
"Why?" Derlik shifted so good legs were on either side of Nik.
Nik stayed stiff and unsure, biting his lip. "Because I asked you to."
"And why did you ask?" Derlik tilted his head a bit.
"Because I…I don't like you touching me."
Derlik was quiet a moment, but he pulled away.
"Alright, then."
Nik took in a faint, slightly shaky breath.
Derlik turned away, lightly patting Smoke's head.
Smoke looked up at him, blinking.
Derlik sighed, laying back down.
Smoke curled up by his side, closing his eyes.
Nik leaned into his hands, taking another breath.
Derlik glanced at Nik, petting Smoke gently.
Nik closed his eyes, biting his lip.
Derlik rolled his eyes a bit, looking away. Still, that didn't mean he was done- he decided to take a peep in Nik's mind, see just what he was thinking. How he could manipulate it.
Nik stayed curled into himself a little bit. His thoughts were mainly just a strong dislike for Derlik, and wanting to go home, and bits and pieces of memories.
Derlik stayed back, not letting Nik notice him looking. He carefully inserted just a little spark of an idea.
I don't have a home anymore.
Nik shivered faintly as the thought slid into his mind, curling tighter into himself.
Derlik smirked just faintly. Let's see where Nik took this thought… and if he didn't do anything with it at all, Derlik would keep putting different things there until he did, or until he figured out where they were actually coming from.
Nik was silent, still just curled into a little ball. He wanted to leave but he had nowhere to go.
Derlik let out a soft breath, that smirk still there. That's right, he didn't have anywhere to go. Derlik would always be able to find him, anyway. Why not just give in?
He curled tighter, trying not to cry. This was just like with his father, just like with his ex. Helpless and alone.
