Minutes turn to hours, hours to day, and days to weeks. Ignis attempted to tend for Kali and Amara as Amara learned to use her new found magic. Ignis spent most of his time researching the Star Crystal and the status on the remaining seals, two more… Ignis also finally regained his strength and was able to control himself more. Amara and Kali acquired two new abilities using darkness. One was the ability to create clouded shapes, copies of the caster, so far only three can be casted at a time. The second was the ability to create a pool like field that could immensely slow their intended target. Ignis acquired new ones of his own, refusing to show or even train with the two. After three weeks had past, they felt ready to finally to "take that Arcanis bastard down".

Kali had been preparing for weeks, trying to find moments to confess but well he was never around at moments when she felt she could do it, he never trained with them. Sure he was around but it wasn't the same. She and Amara had trained together a ton and gotten whole heck of a lot closer. Honestly she would probably consider Amara a close friend of hers even if she sometimes felt like she was being mom'd. Her mother had found out that her step dad was dead and then found out what he did to Kali and for how long, she didn't believe her and left them. Kali let her leave, all her parental figures walked out of her life anyways. She didn't need them anymore, pointless strings attached that were now cut free. It still hurt her a little bit, so she slipped a training session and did them on her own before going back to doing it with Amara. They had definitely become stronger, she still wondered what it would be like to use the ability of light but never pushed enough against it when the topic came up.

Ignis called up the two to the computer room and said he had great news pertaining the Star Crystal, knowing it was a big step to taking down Arcanis and his Shadows.

Kali walked up the computer room and over to Ignis. "whats the great news ini?" She moved back from calling him Ignis and back to calling him ini.

Ignis felt uncomfortable seeing Amara, so he just quickly glanced at her and returned to the computer. Amara was fine with this, she knew exactly why. He never avoided her at all, just couldn't see her in her negative for too long. "I have an Idea. The Star Crystal is a rare and hard to replicate crystal with high amounts of energy. I can make more, but it'd take weeks." He pulls out the crystal rod out once more, "Anyhoo, these note talk about a revolutionary source of magic no stone could perform. Energy transference."

She didn't like this new space she saw between Ignis and Amara, she missed the time when they were coupley and love dovey…it didn't seem right for them not to be but what could she do? Nothing more then keep training and blame herself.
"Energy transference?" That could mean whole ton of things, transferring energy from one person too another, taking it, switching it. Transferring elemental energy could also be a thing..

"Exactly," Ignis replied quickly. Amara moved close to Ignis to view the screen, Ignis instinctively kisses her on the cheek, just to make her smile. Amara places her head on Ignis's and smiles, "You're right, it allows the caster to transfer energy through concentration. Most common form is energetic…sharing." She picked up her head and faced Ignis in surprise, "Seriously? That would mean…"

Ignis smiles as he stared at her, he didn't want to look away. He loved Amara, but what she looked like just reminded him that he couldn't keep her from becoming a negative. To keep her pure. Amara smiled because Ignis didn't look away, she hugged him excitedly, "How does it work? When do we start? Now? Later? With who?"

She saw them interacting more normally and smiled when he didn't look away from her. He let Amara asked most of the questions listening to them talk. He watched Amara hug him excitedly and smile brightly. He saw the look on Ignis face and immediately recognized it, she would talk to him about it later.

Ignis smiled and pulled Amara away, not letting her go, "At least let me breathe, so I can tell you."
He turn to Kali, watching her smile, "Kali, any thoughts?"

She was a bit..weird when Ignis turned his attention to her in the past weeks, she was still the same Kali just a bit different. "hm? Oh uh no not really. It is nice to see you guys be coupley again though. It just wasn't right to see you guys not being affectionate."

Ignis turned back to the crystal, "Do you still have the Spark?"

"yeah I do." She summoned it and it appeared in her hand.

Ignis nodded to Amara and she nodded back, feeling nervous. She walked over to Kali and held the stone with her, facing her. She shook her head, signaling Kali not to let go of the stone.

She nodded to Amara, understanding. She waited for what would happen next.

Amara concentrated on the stone as it began to move energy back and forth, like a wave upon an ocean. Ignis backed away as the stone began to cover itself in shadow.

Kali just stood there holding onto the stone since I don't know what she's supposed to be doing, she noticed him back away but didn't turn her head to look at him.

The stone began to vibrate violently. Amara just stared at the stone intensely. As the room began to darken, they could see the darkness around the stone begin to turn into light.

Kali stayed calm holding the stone In her hand she felt the room getting darker, and saw the area around the stone getting light. She had an idea what was happening but wasn't sure.
