(Okay)
Williams studied himself in the mirror with a skeptical expression. The prince had insisted on him borrowing one of his suits, and as the time for the party rapidly approached, he was starting to have doubts about whether his decision was the right one. However, he wasn't going to take it back. He prided himself on being a man of his word, and he wasn't going to change that anytime soon. Not voicing his thoughts, he turned towards Rosa, who was also preparing. "What do you think?" he asked.
Rosa looked up from her place at the sewing machine and almost burst out laughing. "Sorry," she smiled. "You just look so uncomfortable," Rosa smiled. She turned back to the sewing machine, pushing the pedal down rapidly to get it to spin. "I'm almost done now… And you look great, by the way, Williams."
"Thank you," Williams replied, "And I'm sure you'll look wonderful with how hard you're working on your dress,"
"Thank you," Rosa nodded. She pulled it out from under the needle and popped into a closet, closing the door and changing quickly. Rosaline came back out, her hair draped across her shoulders, wearing the dress. "How do I look?" she asked smiling, actually looking happy for once.
(( Le dress:
))
"I think you look stunning," Williams replied, admiring the beautiful colors. "I'm sure you'll have no trouble filling up your dance card tonight."
(Crap, dance cards existed after the Victorian era)
((Eh, they were in Little Women, so whatever XD))
(Okay)
Rosa curtsied deeply, more like royalty than a maid. She straightened, smiling. "Thank you, dear Williams," she laughed. "Shall we go find the Prince?"
Prince just napping in his room already dressed lol, someone's gonna have to wake him up which will make him Angy.
Williams smiled back, "Yes, let's find the prince," He offered an arm, "He's most likely in his room right now,"
Rosa smiled and took his arm, leading Williams up to the Princes' room. She knocked softly on the door. "Prince Tristan?" she called. "Williams and I are ready!"
The door opened a little bit and you could hear grumblings and he rolled over on his side still asleep.
Rosaline gently let go of Williams and pushed the door open all the way. "Prince Tristan, it's time for the ball! We're already ready," she chided.
Trís just continues to ignore her just trying to go back to his nap.
"Your majesty," William said, coming in, "We'll be late, and as the host, you can't be late,"
Rosa rolled her eyes and marched over to his bed. She shook him awake roughly. "It's time to get up, Drama King. We have to go to the ball. The one you invited us to, remember?"
He glaring before realizing what she said was true. "Oh crap- well it's not that bad, besides I'm sure we will be fine." He got up and ruffled her hair walking off to the door. "Let us go then, lazy bums."
Rosa scowled and desperately tried to fix her hair. "Prince Tristan! I just got my hair done," she muttered to herself, picking up the hem of her dress and following him. She wasn't even phased that Tris hadn't noticed the dress she had worked so hard on, as he wasn't prone to notice anything she did anyways.
Well then time for a surprise, he turned and looked at her dress looking her up and down with his eyes. "…Nice dress, looks good on you." He then turned and left towards the ball.
"Hm…" Rose thought aloud, then followed Tristan to the ball. She caught up to him and took his arm. "Hey! Don't go without me. I don't know anyone…"
He smiled down at her running up and grabbing his arm. "so you make that dress yourself or did you happen to just have it around? I meant what I said earlier, you look cute." He booped her.
Williams followed behind, letting the two have their fun. He didn't mind and watched with amusement as one teased and the other scolded.
Rosa frowned and blushed. "I made it myself…" she mumbled, overly embarrassed. However, she did hold onto his elbow, as it was proper for a lady to do.
"oh? You should have told me you made clothes, you do such a good job it's a wonder your not the royal talor." He chuckled a little bit staring down at her. "your gonna make me die red faced cutie." He turned his head backwards, "isn't she cute will?"
Williams nodded. "Yes, she does look exceptional this evening,"
Rosa shook her head, smiling. "You know I hate being called cute, Prince Tristan. I would threaten you if I wasn't likely to have my head on a stake for doing so."
"Come now Rosie I don't mean if you death threat me at all, your death threats are worth calling you what you are. I'm sure everyone else will think so as well." He grinned noticing her smile. "well many gifts you keep giving me."
